Took my 7-year-old son to get his hair cut. Waited at front desk to sign in and was told by stylists that we did not need to sign in. They told me there were two ahead of us. Another man who came in after us and was waiting in line behind us at the desk was told same thing. We sat and waited. Eventually, the stylists took the two who were ahead of us plus the man who came in after us. The man said that he had not signed in online or otherwise. When I pointed out to the stylist that we came in first and the man had not signed in online she ignored me and turned back to work without any explanation. The other stylists also ignored this. After waiting extra time, the haircut he received was not good either. Very rude and unprofessional behavior and we will not return.

Tracy gave me exactly what I asked for! Cut off a number of inches, put a few layers, and even convinced me to get the front bangs shaped which I love :) thank you There was another women cutting hair as well. Dont know her name but she was very talkative and having tons of fun with her customers. I say give this place a chance if youre in the area! I agree with the first commenter in that they should have a more organized system to keep track of everyone. I went on Black Friday so it was empty but Im sure it can be hard to keep track when there are a lot of people and no sign in sheet.

I didnt want to give them any stars, worse haircut ever! I showed the girl a picture of my previously haircut how I want it and still she butchered my hair like it was her first time giving a haircut. She couldnt hold the clippers right or use her shears correctly. When I got home the top was all different lengths and patches on the back of my head from not utilizing the clippers right. What a waste of money, my haircut is very straight forward and even showed a picture, any subpar barber or stylist can copy but this lady had no clue. Stay clear of this place!

Worst experience!!!!!! I had scheduled my appointment for blow dry and the lady made me wait for 30mins and then told she cant take me ...very irresponsible,,,,,I ll never never visit this place

I was weary about going somewhere new to get my hair cut. John helped me right away, i have been back 4 times for consistent quick and easy haircuts.
