Truly Yours

I went in to see Helen to get my bangs trimmed. She was busy and pushed me off onto Marcy, indicating "Oh she very very good". I wear bangs in a slight arch across the brow line with the sides a little longer. I was very specific about how much I wanted trimmed and even brought a photo. When she finished she turned the chair around to the mirror and I almost cried at how short they are - at least an inch and a half above the brow line and cut straight across. I look like a child who tried to cut her own bangs and I told her so. I am furious! Im going to have to live with this ridiculous look for at least a month, probably more. And to make it worse - Im looking for a job and Im in interview mode! I did not get anything close to what I asked for. I will never go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone for all the money in the world. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

I got a coupon in the mail , for wash cut and conditioner . The price for that was around $12.00 . Im on a fixed income and have to cut corners where I can . After she washed and cut my hair she said would you like for me to blow it dry a little . I always leave beauty shops with my head wet . I go home dry and roll it on the curling iron . I told her yes thinking she might charge me $5 or $6 dollars at the most if anything . I was charged $15.00 . Im outraged , I do not think drying hair is worth $15.00 . I have another coupon good till January the 31st . I dont think Ill be using it unless I get some compensation. I didnt mention I also had my eyebrows and some face wax done too .

My 15 year old daughter loves Sam at Fatastic Sams for cut and color or hi-lights - I was taking her to my salon, but it was getting expensive for both of us! She was so happy, after a while I decided to tr it. Cheryl did an awesome job for a fraction of the price - I am going back and would recommend either stylist!!

Helen is amazing!!! I am a TOTAL salon snob, but I was running out of town 4 years ago and totally forget to get in with my normal salon. I was desperate!!! Helen did such amazing beautiful blonde highlights that I have gone to her ever since!!! She is very talented ESP with blonde highlights!!!

My wife gets her color and cut done there and she likes it just as much as the overpriced salons. Our 9-year-old boy also gets great cuts there and I do as well. Helen is an absolute sweetheart. She knows all our names and we feel so welcome there! Highly recommended.
