This salon is not what it used to be. I was misinformed at the door for the price of my hair although I asked how much it would be for my natural hair, keep in mind that my hair was in its natural state of a curly fro upon entering, and I was quoted $45 and informed that a deep condition and trim would be free, however, I did not receive a deep condition, they didnt roll my hair and put me under the dryer, Miriam had headphones in the entire time so she couldnt hear me when I was trying to talk to her, she quoted me $55 when she finished, ignored my concerns and frustrations with the price and continued to write the same price over and over and ask how I was paying. I called the gentleman over who gave me the initial price, perhaps the owner, they debated in their native language and then charged me what I was told initially. My hair looks nice but I wont be going back.

What can I say. I have had the same hair dresser for the past 9yrs until I had Diane do my hair. I am bi racial and I have the type of hair that you have to really know what your doing to get it right. I have tried other dominican stylist and they would dry my hair out so I stuck to a Jamaican stylist.I moved so I had to find another stylist. So I took a chance on this salon. Diane is great. Friendly, knowledgeable and a dynamite hair dresser. I will stick with Diane as long as I live in GA. Absolutely the best.

PLEASE DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! NONE OF THEM SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH THEREFORE ITS HARD FOR THEM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU. IVE TRIED A FEW OF THEM AND LAST WEEK WAS MY LAST TIME AFTER MY MID BACK LENGTH HAIR WAS CHOPPED OFF WHEN I ASKED FOR A SMALL TRIM AND SHOWED HER. ALL OF THEM DONT HAVE LICENSE HOWEVER ALL HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE!!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR DONT GO THERE ESP NOT TO DEANA. THEDARKER DOMINICAN WITH THE MOLE. SHE WAS JEALOUS AND IM CONSIDERING A LAWSUIT.

I would say it all depends on the stylist you see. Diana has the worst attitude! She clearly does not like nor understand Black natural hair. Anyone who presents with natural hair she uses that as an excuse to man handle the hair and use excessive heat. Oh and did I mention I had to go back and get my hair recut because she totally ruined what should have been a simple "trim." Going to a different stylist made a world of a difference.

So Im all natural the woman that did my hair couldnt figure out how to even comb my hair it literally felt like she was pulling chunks out of my hair and when I tried to explain to her she was hurting me and pulling out my hair she didnt even speak English she acted like she understood what I was saying I will not be coming back and I dont recommend if you are an Africa American natural woman to just look away dont ever come here

I LOVE this place, I went for the first time and i loved it! the service was great, the people are amazing and nice and even though the place was kind of packed I got the service i expected. I am a Natural girl and i would say i didnt experience any heat damage. I think the woman that did my hair was Wendi/Wendy and she was always asking if i was Okay or if it was too hot! I would recommend this place to Anyone and Everyone!

Ive been natural for years and I decided to get my hair blowed out and everyone was upset because they thought I had a perm. THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME and MS. TONIA had me in and out with in 1hr and 30. Most of the time was taken under the dryer to deep condition. This beats being going the regular hair salon for 4hrs while the hair dresser talk, pick up their kids and take a meal break.

Lily did a superb job on my blow out and flat iron. I came in with a fro out of this world and she laid my hair...exactly what I was seeking. The only thing I would suggest is they get better hair products. Other than that I was in at 12:30 and out at 2:30. Lily never burned my scalp and the blow dryer was never extremely hot. So glad I found her!

Ive been three times and I loved it. Lily always makes me feel comfortable and has never burned my scalp. I have natural 4b/4c (still undecided) hair I was prepared to wince like other salons have given me during the blowout process, but I never had to here. Plus, if you drink some of that coffee they have, youll love it too!

I loved my experience here. Since I was going natural, Lily and Jenny took care of me, my mom, and sister. They were very friendly and when I left I had them wrap my hair. When I left my hair was soft and silky which is difficult to get for my hair. Also, they do know how to work thick black hair for my mom and sister.

I have been there once and I hated it!!! They lady looked like she had a bad attitude the entire time and she didnt seem like she was concerned about the health of my hair. She stripped my hair with her consistant combing of my hair and the way she did the blow-out. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I was a little hesitant based on some reviews but so glad I tried it for myself. Took my daughter here to get her very first blow out and a good trim. Miriam did an excellent job and well definitely be returning.

Jenny is a great stylist but Ill never return I was told I cant make an appointment with Jenny that anyone can do my hair. Half of them dont speak or understand English never going back

Staff is sweet, but unprofessional. The wait time is ridiculous. Be prepared to spend your whole day at the salon. Wont be returning.
