Highlands blow bar is in an amazing area and sits a door down from one of the most top Professional Hair Salons Atlanta can have ( Van Michaels). However highlands blow bar lacked professionalism because as I set there from 12:45 until after 1pm waiting to be interviewed (that was scheduled for 1pm) two employees argued in front of me about who was supposed to get the 12 pm client. Then some time later the owner who interviewed told me she would contact me to let me know if or if not I had the job atleast three times before me calling back and asking if she had filled the position and goes yes I filled it I been meaning to call you but weve been so busy. As a result this is just me say that the owner needs to work on her people skills, and needs to place more professional staff in her salon if she wants it to thrive. Just my Opinion of my overall review

Made appointment only an hour before I went which I found a little suspicious for a Saturday. Should have read reviews before I went. The wash was nice but the blow dry was not. I actually walked out of there with frizzy hair! The place itself could be cute if it wasnt so dirty. When I went to use the restroom I could hear 2 employees yelling at each other. They were the ones who would ultimately help me so my service was delayed due to their lunch/argument

Frenchie is where is at. He rocked my hair. My bff and hairdresser saw me 3 days after the blowout and was super impressed. I got many compliments and I had it done where it lasted me thru my vacation so my awesome waves lasted me 7 days. It all came to an end in Sunday after it rained on it in Nashville. I looove him. I still dont know what magic he used but next week I am going for it again.

Trust the other reviewers and skip out on this place. Terrible customer service. Opens at noon on Sundays.. Another client and I had an appointment for noon and we were both still waiting outside of the locked doors of the salon at 12:15. I was hesitant based on the reviews and I wish I would have listened!!! Not worth your time.
