I brought my car in this morning as I was getting off the highway and my check engine light came on and the car began shaking. They did the diagnostics and found out what the issue was and then went above and beyond to take care of me. They looked up for any service bulletins for my vehicle and realized Honda had issued one for the exact problem I was having. Rather then taking advantage of the situation, as I had no idea about the service bulletin, Mike called Honda to confirm my car was included in the recall and then arranged for Honda to do the repairs for me. Thanks to their integrity and not taking advantage of the situation they saved me thousands of dollars and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I didnt live over an hour away I would definitely be a customer of theirs for life. Thank you again for your great service!

I always hate taking my car to get serviced because some mechanics are rude or condescending to people who arent as mechanically inclined. Didnt feel like this at all. Great service, competitive pricing compared to other places in the area, dropped my car off in the afternoon and it was finished when I needed to pick it up! I even received a hand-written thank you note, which was a nice touch!

Recently had a problem with my Toyota Van and had read reports online from many people about problems with taking their vehicle to dealerships and not getting the problem fixed correctly. I brought my truck in with what I thought was a brake problem, but Sabrina called me quickly and explained that the brakes were fine and all my problem was in my hub and bearing. She quoted me the repair cost and my truck was ready the same day. Thanks again for the prompt diagnosis and repair.

The price for the work done seems excessively high. Some of the work and parts sold to me seemed unneeded. I also had a nice set of stainless steel valve stem covers on my wheels. They were stolen from the car and replaced with cheep plastic ones that fall off quickly.
