I never write reviews about anything, so this is a first for me, but after doing business with Ryan and his crew at United Auto Care, I just had to. After struggling to find a reliable mechanic for the past year and a half, I finally stumbled onto United Auto Care after I moved to Oakwood. My car was in a really bad way, and I desperately needed to get it fixed. But the work I needed done was really expensive, and I financially just wasnt able to do it. But Ryan worked with me until we were able to come to an agreement and I was able to get my car the repairs it needed. They are such a fun and helpful bunch, and everytime I walked in, Id be greeted by my name and a chorus of hellos. Ryan tells it like it is and is very honest about what you need, and I can always appreciate someone with a sense of humor. If you need honest, quick, dependable work done on your car, bring it to United Auto Care! I cant write enough great things about everyone there.

I have had my vehicle serviced several times while visiting in that area. The shop is always neat and clean. The staff is friendly, courteous, and well informed. There is fresh coffee, a TV ,and an indoor play cubicle for your little ones. I am always presented with a printout of all areas of inspection on my car, belts, tires, filters etc. and this is reviewed with me by Mark, the shop owner, as to "this needed service, this is ok " etc. This is important to me because I know that even though I did not come in for one of the things reviewed that it has been inspected and I know its condition and when to expect that it WILL need service. Their mechanic always meets or betters the labor time expected, which also cuts my total bill. Mark always calls a week or so after the service for a followup. This is something that is unheard of in the general auto care business. I would highly recommend United Auto Care for your vehicles.

I can’t recommend United Auto Care highly enough! My brakes were in really bad shape, and Ryan (the owner of the shop) stayed open after-hours and changed them himself to ensure that I got home safely. He was warm, courteous, transparent, and helpful throughout my visit. The pricing was fair (I’d even say generous) and the service was quick. Top-notch customer service, fair prices, and quick service. What more could you ask for? From now on, I’ll definitely be taking my car to United Auto Care.

The owners kept in contact to see how satisfied i was with their service and explained that every mechanic they have is a master mechanic, which is nice to know that the person knows what theyre doing when they touch my car. I dont normally let other guys touch my baby but itd be safe to say these guys arent going to hurt my car. Owners are extremely nice and its good to see a professional mom and pop store running a legit business.

The place is customer friendly, has great prices, offers good discounts, and has friendly staff. They make sure the customer is taken care of and, if requested, will even brew up some coffee for the wait. The 2 small dogs that never fail to greet are adorable as well! Ryan is very knowledgeable about his profession and has the best staff around, no wonder it is the best in NE GA, no doubt!

I was ripped off by United Auto Care and was charged for work that was not authorized. I was not only charged for unauthorized work but I was treated in a sub human manner when the bill was questioned. Do yourself a favor and save your money. They claim to be a Christian company but are more of the blood sucking variety. BEWARE!!!!

My family was headed up I-985 to Helen today when we began having trouble with the brakes on our mini van . I pulled off of the exit, did a Google search and found this shop. The guys were very professional, courteous and even stayed an hour late on a Friday to get my family back on the road. Thanks again and I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with United Auto Care and will use them again in the future. I had a cracked radiator hose, and I thought it was a leaking water pump. They replaced it for cheap, and were extremely nice to deal with.
