We dropped off a car for a timing belt change and picked up a car that needs a new transmission. Needless to say its still in their lot. When we discussed it with the service writer, we were told that he "told us it was shifting funny." We knew there were issues with it shifting a little hard, but when we drove it off the lot it wasnt shifting at all. My husband has driven the car everyday this week and drove it in to the shop this morning with NO TRANSMISSION ISSUES AT ALL. I dont understand how it can go from fine to essentially not running at all in less than 12 hours in their care. Additionally, the car has a slow oil leak and had a spot on oil level on Saturday, but was mysteriously up a quart this afternoon. Finally, they also tried to sell us all kinds of stuff that the car didnt need. He spoke to me, a woman, on the phone and thought he could con me in to spending a huge amount of money on the car. Unfortunately for him, my husband whos a mechanic at Chevy, picked up the car. He had inspected the car last Saturday to make sure everything was ok and in a surprising turn of events - the ticket with recommended service DID NOT mention the transmission. Hmmm.... Update 6/20: Today I spoke with our service writer to see where we can go from here. He was condescending and decided that he needed to explain to me what transmission fluid did. When we revisited the fact that I priced a transmission drain and fill and I once again noted that it was routine maintenance he claimed that it wasnt. So apparently Honda and every other car manufacturer doesnt know what theyre talking about. Also when my husband went to get the car with a to truck because we cant risk driving it, Alan, our service writer, had added a line to the technicians notes from Friday. The new line that was in darker ink was supposedly added on Friday, but wasnt there when my husband saw the paperwork and by the time we got there our tech was gone for the day and supposedly hasnt been in since. The whole thing feels sketchy and Alan doesnt appear to have much knowledge of cars. He also doesnt return phone calls because hes a very busy man (at least thats what he told me when I mentioned he never returned my calls). Ive taken my complaints to NAPA and they cant help because its individually owned and operated. And on that note, its actually owned by the guy who owns the used car dealership next door. We never take our cars to shops attached to used car dealerships because they dont always operate honestly. Had I known it was attached to Auto Gallery we wouldve used a different shop. I highly recommend staying away from them and would give them zero stars if that were possible.

Being new to the area, Ive only been to Auto Fitness twice, however both times I was very impressed. The first visit was unfortunately due to the motor locking up (valuable lesson learned) and while we didnt have any work done, the mechanic noticed some other issues that could have become very dangerous later down the road (had the motor not locked up) and took the time to show us. The second visit was due to a "Service Engine Soon" light. My vehicle was diagnosed and Terry took the time to thoroughly explain to me exactly what was wrong in a way that I think I actually understood. I felt like he had my best interest and was honest about the repair not being crucial, especially since I dont have to pass emissions in my county. While I may not have had to pay to have work done on my vehicle today, which was a big relief, I will most definitely return my business to Auto Fitness for our future car troubles.

Auto Fitness is the real deal! I was test driving a late model used car in Gainesville GA and needed a mechanic to conduct a full inspection before buying it. I was far from home and didnt know the area, but Auto Fitness had great reviews so I stopped there luckily! Vito was honest, friendly and funny, understood the importance of an honest, thorough inspection, and knew I was short on time. Vito worked with the mechanic to save time and I got the BEST pre-sale inspection! They pulled off all of the tires and invited me back to walk me through everything, which allowed me to make an educated decision on purchasing the used car. I live 1.5 hours away from Gainesville, but I will make the trip to Auto Fitness. They are that good!!!

After spending over 1,500.00 on air conditioning repairs with Christian Brothers, and having my vehicle laid up on four different occasions, Christian Brothers never fixed the problem. I took my Montero Sport to Napa and Vito and his crew fixed the ac in under 2 hours and was extremely fair in their price. Thanks Napa, you won a customer for life.

The best Napa Auto care shop in Gainesville or north ga. They have an amazing state of the art facility. They service all makes and models and also offer collision repair service. Very unique shop. Very friendly and professional staff. Vito is very funny but he definitely knows what hes doing. I recommend Auto Fitness for your next car repair.

I love this place! Always opens on time. They work very hard and are absolutely sweet. Everybody is so nice and makes sure your service is amazing. I always get my oil changed and car work done here. I would recommend this place to everybody!

The staff was very friendly. Got a Groupon to get an oil change and they no longer honored them but the owner was willing to honor the price. It took a while for the oil change but all in all it was a good experience.
