I was released honorably from the United States Marine Corps April 2016 so you know Ive always held myself to high standards and live honest. David Sexton sold a car to my girlfriend then claims that he does not sell cars when i negatively review him on Better Business Bureau. I have a Bill of sale with A+ Automotives address clearly printed at top and Initials of DS on almost every page of the contract. This business gave my first time buying GF a ford focus for 9000 something $ plus 28% APR (11.9k in the end for a 3.2k car based on KBB and Edmunds) yet the contract from the last person that was left in the glovebox was only for 6000. When she called to return because it had a major problem within the first month and wouldnt start, he gave her an attitude saying "What you cant make the payments anymore?" When she first first got it the check engine light was on for a PCV valve (made the car almost stall when idling) which he said they would replace. After the car got back, all they did was replace a hose to the PCV... the problem did not go away and i replaced the gunked up PCV valve for 7$ from Napa auto parts, the problem went away. As far as mechanics inside the shop i suppose he is doing good(based on reviews) but as I have a Bill of sale with this address for him selling a car, I do not recommend buying a car from here or letting them fix your PCV valves.

This is the owner of A+ Automotive David in rebuttal to miss Leslie Wallace her car was dropped off by a wrecker her lug nuts or left loose by another shop and damaged the wheel the lug studs and rotor it was a older model Mustang GT the only wheel that I can find for the car to match the wheel that was on the car was going to run almost $300 we called Miss Wallace she said she would bring us the parts to fix her car after 3 days of no responses to our phone calls I had to get the car out of my garage so I could work on other cars we put the parts on her car necessary to get a wheel on the car the spare that is I pulled the car out of the shop Miss Wallace sent a Wrecker for the car unbenounced to us I would not release the car to the wrecker driver because there was a bill owed on the car it was just over $200 Miss Wallace did not like the fact that there was a bill on the car I offered to take my parts back off her car and give her her car back in the same condition as it was when she dropped it off she said she would rather have the car fixed and paid the bill and left with her car I run a fair and honest business but I will not fix cars for free

we were on our way back from our vacation in Florida when the radiator sprang a leak. We thought we had fixed it enough to get us back to Indiana but no someone up there thought to have it blow .2 miles away from this shop. Thank goodness. I was a little afraid of what it was going to cost since it is right off the highway. They were fair and they got a new part at 4:30pm and still got us back on the road in two hours. It was great!!!! I work in the insurance industry and write estimates on cars all day so I knew what it should cost and I had already figured we would have to stay over to wait on part but we didnt. I am truly amazed at the speed, efficiency, kindness, and the professionalism that my daughter and I got from everyone of the men at this shop. If I didnt live states away they would be my mechanic. I know that I will let my fellow adjusters in his area know that they can trust and be confident of this team. Thank you so much to them all as we finally made it home today at 6 am today.

I had a near blowout due to a failing trailer tire during my move from Ohio to Florida. I realized that we had to stop right away. We pulled into A+ Automotive Service on a Saturday about 15 minutes after close. Not only did they research the best tire suited for my load and trailer, they stayed past closing and switched out my trailer tires, greased up my axles, and even temporarily repaired the axle dust covers to get me to my destination. Everyone at A+ was happy to help us and the service man even took the extra time to examine our trailer. In addition, they knew we were in a tough situation but their bill was more than fair. It just speaks to their honesty and integrity. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for helping me out A+. You just dont receive that type of service anymore.

Last night I had just got off work and noticed I had a flat tire. I had my 3 friends with me and of course we were all females. I was so worried and then all of a sudden David (the owner of A Plus Automotive) came by and looked at my tire. He tried to get the lugs off with the wrench but it wasnt working. So he decided to go to Walmart to buy the kind of wrench I needed! Like that is amazing! They were able to get my spare tire put on and gave me great advice about what I should do about my tire since I was so worried. I thanked this man from the bottom of my heart because he is such a nice, caring man. You dont see people like that in the world anymore. Thank you so much for changing my tire, if I could put 10 stars I would. He is great and I recommend anybody to his shop.

Went in for an oil change and asked if they could tighten another part that had come loose. At first they didnt do it and was going to charge me, then they said I needed a completely new part (I replaced the part myself ;-) )and then once I stated nothing was wrong with the part they say it wont tighten because the bolt to hold it was stripped. If there is one thing I cant stand, its a place with people who are not only lazy, but lack integrity and lie which is a basic stereo type when it comes to mechanics sadly these days. The other reviews on here with 5 star ratings are obviously falsified. These guys are your average scamming mechanics.

Very trustworthy and friendly people. The only reason why Im giving them a dislike is that they have changed A LOT in the last 3 years. I was going to come here to get a diagnosis test but I was gonna be charged 100 plus whatever needed to be fixed. The last time I had been there was 2013/2014 and their diagnosis was 35 and would be waived if you chose to fix the problem. Not this time. Im disappointed but they were really good while it lasted on the cheaper side. You will look to spend about 400 or up here.

Driving from CT to FL via Marietta, whack!! right into a large piece of tire tread from a truck. Shield under motor started dragging, exhaust pipe making horrible noise. Panic! Slowly got off highway and miracle of miracles, there was A+ Automotive. They were GREAT. Fixed everything and the charge was minimal that we couldnt believe it. Car was in tip top condition....to FL and back to CT with NO problem, and the Buick has 220,000 miles. We couldnt have done it without A+.
