Dropped my car off on 8/1 for some minor body work. This was a Saturday just before close so I understand my car not being estimated on the spot. I was told my car would be evaluated on Mon or Tue and I would get a call with an estimate. That didnt happen. I called on Wednesday and was told I would receive a call back. That didnt happen. I called on Thursday and was told the same. Late in the day someone left me a voicemail on my work line saying my car was disassembled and being evaluated. This puzzled me because the damage was so little (parking lot / low speed) it wouldnt require being disassembled. Anyway, no call over the weekend. Called back on Monday and was dumped to voicemail. This repeated on Wednesday and Friday. Since I wasnt getting anywhere with calling and leaving messages that were not returned I decided to go to the dealership to find out what was going on. There I found my car sitting right where I parked it with no sign of any work being done. Absolutely unacceptable! At that point I decided there was no way I was going to let them work on my car and asked for my key. It took 30+ minutes to locate it. I cant say good or bad about the quality of body work they do here but I can say the up front management is incompetent. I dont know if I got lost in the system or if they were just busy. Either way, the customer service experience here was abysmal. Highly advice you look elsewhere.

Took my car for free estimate without any claims or insurance company. The estimator was cocky about his knowledge in the industry rather than being customer friendly. He told me that this wont be approved by such and such insurance and they would want to split the repair cost. I expected someone to take my side rather than insurance company for bringing them the business. He ended up giving me estimate for after market parts while the whole reason to take a Toyota to the authorized repair center was to get authorized parts. Bummer!! I am taking my car to the Carriage Nissan and they are flawless with their work based on my previous experience. Save your time and blood pressure... take your repairs to other places where the quality will be #1 whether its customers service or genuine quality repairs.

What a horrible customer service! Who said that they are friendly staff? No greeting when customers into the office. They are mean and irritated by customers simple questions about the process to bill the insurance companies. They dont even want to estimate my car damage. This is not a good customer service. No explanation why they hesitant not to estimate the damage. It was for their convenience not wanting to deal with their preferred insurance companies! I have never seen any place like this with bad customer service. I wont use this place nor refer to anyone!

This place probably made my car repair and rental service as easy as it could have gone. I am extremely happy with the customer service i was provided with from Toyota Collision Center and specifically a Larry Cusamano. I respect Toyota even more now for taking good care of a loyal customer and not making me feel like another guy to get in and out the door.

they took very long time to get my car fixed .. i had some scratches from a previous accident and they were already painting that part .. they never cover these scratches ( it will cost them nothing to do ) finally they care about the money they will got from the insurance company .. not your satisfaction .. not recommended for anybody ..
