My husband brought our 2005 Lexus ES330 in on 1/10/2017 to have a high output alternator installed. Once the factory alternator was uninstalled and the new high output alternator installed (with a new 1" smaller belt because the manufacturer instructions required) the total for labor was $138.59. After my husband left with the Lexus, he realized that at 5000 RPMs the battery light was flashing and the car was basically redlining. After speaking with the manufacturer and speaking with Andrew at Nobodys we decided to place a factory alternator back in the car with a new factory belt. During that second uninstall and reinstall, part of the wiring (0 gauge for the sound system) was removed going from the battery to the alternator. It was part of a set of wiring called the big three. When my husband and I came back to get our car, Andrew started explaining that they had removed the wire because it was not necessary. That surprised us because we had never asked to have the wiring changed, only the alternator and if you saw under our hood of our car, there are many 0 gauge wires that we have had install for the stereo system (all wire loomed and zip tied and very deliberately neat). Whether they were necessary to Nobodys, they were previously installed and paid for before we ever came to Nobodys. Andrew placed the wire back in the Lexus, but when I paid, the labor total was $178.82. That $40.22 higher than the original uninstall and install. I called and asked Andrew why the cost difference and he said everything with the wires. Honestly, we feel we shouldnt have been charged for Nobodys to remove and have to put back in our wiring because it wasnt considered necessary. This was our first experience with Nobodys, and while Andrew was nice, I really feel like its not right that we were charged $40.22 extra for unnecessary work. I sent an email to the owner Art and many phone calls. The next day I spoke with Art, the owner and he only wanted to meet in person. I work and we had already been there twice with the car, so I felt he should be able to speak with me over the phone. He said he doesnt like email and would only discuss in person. Dont let the Bibles and wall scriptures fool you. They got over on us.

You will never be able to find a better auto repair shop than Nobodys. I grew up with a father who knows how to work on cars, and I cant even begin to count the number of horror stories I heard from family friends who were cheated at auto repair shops, charged ridiculous amounts of money, and then still had problems with their cars (which my father would fix instead). In comparison, Nobodys will give you the lowest possible price, give you excellent and friendly customer service, and will do a flawless job of fixing your automobile. The owner & staff are trustworthy, honest, and very hardworking. The first time I ever dropped my car off for a repair, they found a small broken part while they were in the process of investigating the main issue, and they replaced the part but didnt charge me a single thing for it; they only charged me for the repair I asked them for. When I questioned them on it, I was told that they wouldnt feel right charging me for something that small (tiny part, quick fix). That is unheard of in the auto repair business!! Update: Even more unheard of, I recently took our car to them when the check engine light turned on. They diagnosed the issue, gave me a very reasonable quote, and then ordered the part after I gave my verbal approval. When I went to pick up my car, they did not charge me a single cent; said they had mis-diagnosed the issue and the issue turned out to be a quick fix that didnt need any new parts. They absorbed the cost of the part, damaging their revenue, in order to be honest and have integrity in their business. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing that is in this industry. I am now a customer for life.

I recently had a catalytic converter put on by a name brand muffler shop in Duluth. They told me I had to drive my car to reset the computer so that it would pass emissions. I drove it and drove it and it failed emissions 3 times. I finally took it back to the muffer shop and they told me that something was wrong with the engine. I took my car to the car dealer and they said nothing was wrong with the engine. They told me that the name brand muffler shop put the wrong catalytic converter on my car. I told the muffler shop that the dealer said that they put the wrong catalytic converter on my car. They insisted that there was nothing wrong with the converter and said if I was not happy they would refund my money if I brought the converter back to them. I took my car to Nobodys and they looked at my catalytic converter and confirmed what the dealer told me....the name brand muffler shop had installed the WRONG catalytic converter. Nobodys changed out my catalytic converter...put the right one on and charged less than what the other muffler shop charged to put the wrong one on. I returned the wrong muffler to the "other" muffler shop for a refund. Nobodys did a professional job. They were honest and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with their work. My car finally passed emissions! Thank you Nobodys! NOBODYS DOES IT BETTER! M Banerjee

Nobodys will always be our Auto Repair Shop! Ive never had a bad experience with them and Art and his team (Andrew, Sterling & Ricardo) are wonderful, professional guys with tons of experience and who stand behind their work. Its not often that you find a reputable business that not only does superior work (they can fix almost anything) but who also values their customers and treats them fairly & with respect. Our most recent experience with Nobodys went like this.... My husbands truck had a loud banging noise coming from the engine. We took it to Nobodys to get it checked out and at first Art thought it was just one of the lifters, so he gave us a very reasonable quote and proceeded to order the part & fix the issue. Well, 2 days later we received a call from Andrew stating that the lifter wasnt the only problem and unfortunately well need a new engine. He gave us another very reasonable quote and because replacing the lifter didnt fix the problem he didnt charge us a thing, not even to check it out. When I spoke to Andrew about it he simply stated "wed rather you be happy and come back and see us then to charge you $300 and you not be satisfied." Now thats what I call customer service! They definitely have our business for as long as the doors are open! :-) I recommend Nobodys Auto Service for all of your auto maintenance and repair needs!

I have been to the shop for things from muffler repair, A/C Repair, to Water Pump Replacement. If you are where I was and looking for a mechanic who is honest: They wont repair or pretend to repair things that arent needed and charge you for it; very helpful: I have not met someone more professional than their main contact, Andrew. He will walk you through the entire process explaining (in english) what is happening and will touch base with you to keep you updated; does quality work: their work is done very professionally in a timely manner. They charge a fair price and you know the job is DONE; and goes above and beyond: you get the feeling they actually care. From very friendly staff to offers to pick up and drop you off while your car is being worked on, you know they want the best for you. If you are looking for an all-around shop that is there for anything and has all these qualities: This is the shop for you. You wont find a better one in Gwinnett County... Ive looked!
