I was in a minor car accident and brought my car here as recommended by my insurance company. I did visit another body shop, since I was looking to repair some damage to my left and right fenders as well. The estimates I got from them were slightly cheaper, but I still I decided to leave my car here for the repairs to my fenders and front bumper. I left my car here for 3 reasons. The other shop was rude to me; they were disorganized, and they gave me an estimated completion time of over 1 week. The staff here at Elite were polite, straightforward, and you can tell they know whats going on in their shop at all times. They text message you to let you know the status of your repairs, which was great for me since I can get pretty busy at work and dont have time to make or receive calls. They finished my car in 4 days, and it looks AMAZING. They made this entire process so painless. Ill be going back to get my back bumper done as well, and Ill recommend this auto body shop to anyone that needs work. Customer service and ease of mind is worth paying for, in my opinion.

First let me say, this was the first wreck Ive been in. Some Idiot ran out in front of me and hit my front bumper. I was really upset about the whole situation and didnt know how the repairs were gonna be. They were amazing!!! Elite Collision Center was amazing from the first phone call to the pickup. Jordan at the front desk was always very nice and knew what was going on. James and Joe were also very nice to work with. Mikey in the rental was very friendly.It was an amazing combo with all of them there. I felt very welcomed and my kids did as well. I got my truck back in 2 days! I couldnt believe it! Looks amazing and they did such a good job! I hope I never have to go back, but if I do.....I know who to call! Thanks Elite Auto Collision!

In a nutshell: very professional, courteous staff. Auto body crew did a great job on a fender bender. One-stop convenience - rental, inspection, and repair in one spot. Highly recommended for any auto body work, accidental or otherwise. The Elite crew went above and beyond for us, ensuring clear communication and quick service. Their waiting area is also definitely a notch above the expected standard in a body shop. I cannot overstate just how well this team does their work. It’s apparent that the team cares, and that’s a rare thing to find these days. Elite Auto will be my first go-to spot for any potential body work going forward.

I am blessed to have found Elite to fix my car after a finder bender. The whole staff is amazing, nice, and very friendly. They always made sure to keep in touch with me on the work that was being done to my car and keep me up to date! There texting updates were heaven for someone lile myself who os a teacher and dont alwaya have a free minute to call. They work super fast and do amazing work! It was like I was pulling my car out of the Kia dealership the first day I bought it! I would highly recommend Elite to anyone who needs repairs or work done to their car!

I love my 2016 Nissan Altima and after an older gentlemen ruined my passenger quarter panel I was devastated! However, his provider Nationwide recommended Elite in Lawrenceville and I was sold! The service was amazing and I loved the final results of my vehicle. Theres no sign of previous damage and the repairs were completed two days earlier than the expected time. I am always busy at work so I miss calls during the day and the text alerts kept me updated on my car (: Elite definitely turned my frown upside down after an untimely car accident.

Was super bummed when my BRAND NEW car got hit. Took it here to get repaired. These people are awesome!! Theyre all so nice, gave me constant updates ,and organized everything for me so I didnt have to worry! They did a fantastic job and my car looks back to brand new. They even did the paint job over (without me having to ask) because it wasnt perfect the first time. Its perfect now. Also, when I picked up my car they had detailed the inside and washed the whole thing! Thats just awesome service. Take your car here they do a great job!

These guys are awesome!!!! I received my car 7 days early and it looks like new!!! I was a little skeptical at first to take my car there as it is a 2017 75th Anniversary Edition JEEP Grand Cherokee. I thought about taking it to Hayes but decided to go with Elite and Im glad I did. These guys did an exceptional job. They kept me posted every step of the way and was finished with my car in no time. Also to top it off they returned my car back to me detailed inside and out! Im Sabrina Gields, I experienced a hit and run in my Audi Q7. I took my truck to Audi Gwinnett. They didnt have a ABMS and referred me to their shop in Alpharetta GA. The GEICO representative made the suggestion of Elite Auto Collision. I was so hesitant, at first but I took it anyway. Elite has a very professional staff, clean office, I received updated email texts daily, and several phone calls as well. I would refer them to anyone needing their car repaired. These guys just finished a complete re-make of my Honda S2000 convertible. They fixed every dent, every scratch, and every chip and re-painted the entire car. When they rolled it out for me to see, I was speechless. Its better than showroom quality...it is spectacular! I am impressed with the level of professionalism of this shop. They cared as much about my car as I do. They kept in constant communication with me, and they delivered on their promises. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

This place is so awesome. Its not an easy thing to trust people with your car to repair it right. When I bought my car here I never doubted one time that my car wouldnt be repaired correctly . The customer service was outstanding from the time I entered the door. I was notified every step of the way by text and phone the status of my car. It was just a wonderful experience. They repaired my bumper to bed and new and washed and cleaned my car it was beyond my expectations.

A little over a year ago my car was in their shop because an accident. I asked them if the will do an alignment and they said yes. After few months of not being able to rebalance the tires and still having vibrations, I saw the front tires wearing on the inside. I paid for a alignment and even bought new tires. Still have vibration. They also did not put back right the back plastic in the back around the back side. I do not recommend them at all

Unfortunately, Elite Auto Collision has seen me a few times too many! Sigh, but each time, Erika was a big help, and always professional. She quoted me a price, and that was the price at the end. I like that. I dont feel as if Im being jerked around, and as a woman, that means a lot. I would recommend them (and I have) wholeheartedly. They are fair and timely, and an all-around great team.
