Too bad there is no "ZERO" rating. We took out truck here for minor front end damage. They had it for two weeks and when we got it back, it looked like it had been put back together by a child. The bumper and fenders were very obviously not on straight. Off by almost an inch in some areas. There were parts held on by 1 screw were, upon close inspection, there should have been six screws. There were trim pieces totally missing, dents not done, paint not done or overspray and drips, lights not plugged in, to name just a few things. But the WINNER BY FAR AND MOST DANGEROUS......when we went to get gas a couple of days after the truck was returned, the fuel hose was not there! You could see the ground below when you tried to put the nozzle in. We had been driving with an open gas line for two days with infants in the car! When we called them about this, they requested a "second chance". Of course we said no and insisted that the vehicle be towed to Jim Hardman in gainesville, where they started over and got it right! Lesters had lots of excuses, regular guy not there, somebody sick, blah blah, but this is a business, be professional.

Lester Body Shop is completely unprofessional. My car was in their shop for over 8 months which they estimated only 6 months. Thats understandable sometimes since its just an estimation and they can find more problems when parts are taken off. However, my car is still not close to being acceptable condition. One of the parts is completely fallen off and a 2 more are on its way. There is a metal part that is rusting. Plus I even found painting taping left on the door where its attached to the door. I have returned to the shop several times to get the repairs corrected but received nothing but hostility. This is NO way to do business!!!

weather stripping and baseboard light not installed correctly. I noticed the weather stripping almost fell off after going through the car wash. The baseboard light was just left hanging and not wired through the door to the plastic compartment it was supposed to sit in. There is no way you dont do that on purpose. They were either lazy or rushed. This is a Progressive shop, and I will just demand using Toyota next time.

As soon as you open their website it claims they work on "all make and models", however, they refused to even give me an estimate on my C10 pickup simply because it was too old, and a friends 83 hatchback mustang because it was too old as well. After hearing such good things about lesters for their great work, I was surprised to see this. Im quite disappointed and will not be bringing anymore vehicles to them.

I had to take my Crosstrek in because it got in a fight with a deer on the interstate. They did the repairs in a week (faster than expected), they were very friendly and professional. My car looks great too! Take your car here if you need body work, theyve been in business for as long as I can remember. There is a reason for that.
