I took my SUV in for the rear bumper and tailgate to be repaired on Wednesday, 8/7/2017 and the mileage was 16,414. What should have been a 2 to 3 day repair turned out to be a week and a half, WHY I asked? Someone took MY vehicle out and put 192 miles on it, YES, the mileage on Friday, 8/18/2017 was 16,609. I popped in on Friday 8/18/2017 because I was promised my car on Wednesday 8/16, then it was Thursday, 8/17.... At this point I was DONE! So I asked to see my car and the bumper was not on - mind you, when I called on Thursday, 8/17/2017, I was directed to Lee and was told that theyd painted and put the bumper on and had to do a quality check and I should have my vehicle on Thursday and Ill be getting a call by 4:15. Brian calls at 4:15 only to say that itll be tomorrow. Before I left had Brian to come back to my SUV and I showed him. He was like, that couldnt be right. I showed him the mileage on the invoice 16,414 and the mileage on the odometer 16,609 and said to him , you guys took my car on a joy ride. He walked off and said let me get my manager and never came back. After waiting and It was already closing I drove off. Each time I called to make an inquiry on the status of my car, I would follow up with an email to the insurance company to validate what Brian at Caliber was saying and it wasnt always on point. Someone left a bottle of water on the passenger door and I would feel safe to say it was left behind after their 192 mile joy ride. This place was recommended by Barnett at Nissan Conyers- Oh the work...... it appears to be okay, I am so done, if it isnt okay- I wouldnt take it back.

Bad to WONDERFUL! CONYERS, GA I was rear ended last week and took my car to Caliber Collision for an estimate for the damages. To begin, the customer service representative scheduled my appointment for the wrong day. I was little upset because clearly stated a Wednesday not Thursday and had taking time from work to come in. After arriving for my 7:30 am appointment I was informed all of the service advisors have morning meetings between 7:30 – 8:00am. My service advisor Tommie McMullen immediately came out to apologize for my inconvenience for the mix up. Tommie was extremely attentive and listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience while we were looking at my damages. At the end he totaled up my estimates (printed copy for myself )and I was out of there in no time. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that Tommie was extremely helpful and professional. KUDOS to TOMMIE!

At 1st it seemed to be a good straight forward experience. I received my vehicle back and notice my front grill was loose. Keep in mind it wasnt loose when I brought it to them. They did good on paint and part replacement, but as he was going over my vehicle with me I noticed the looseness in the grill area. I said why is like that. He said " yeah its got a little play in the grill" My first thought was bullshit, which it was. I didnt have the energy to argue at that point. I took my vehicle and left. I went down to the publix parking lot and begin to move my grill back & forth. After several attempts I heard the grill snap in place. This is awful that me the customer spent almost $2000 to have to fix a problem myself. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Ps: This was a vehicle with less than 25k miles on it..

I cant say enough about Wesley, the manager. When I ended up needing to take my car in for warranty service while traveling, he took the lead on making sure that I was taken care of. He personally followed up with my insurance company and the Caliber location that originally repaired my car in Houston and made sure that my rental car was all setup. He was also very good about keeping me updated about its progress. While they werent able to correct the underlying problem that my car was having (which I cant be so upset about as a subsequent BMW service shop missed it too) I can honestly say Id recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a great repair center.

Caliber is nothing short of amazing. Everyone that I have delt with at the covington and conyers location have done their best to get my car in. My car looks amazing, you cant even tell it was in a collision. This shop cane highly recommended by many friends and family members. It was a hard decision to pick someone to take care of my pride and joy, am not disappointed in my choice of Caliber at all. They keep you informed the whole way of whats going on with your vehicle. Their customer service is just a blessing. You can truly feel at ease with your vehicle being here.

My repairs were complete in a timely and professional manner. All work was explained and images shown to me.
