I had my car "repaired" here about a year ago. Im writing the comment now because I recently found theyre lame Vista print business card in my purse and got pissed all over again. JOE IS THE BIGGEST SCUM AND SCAM TO AUTO COLLISION SHOPS! Even the employees from enterprise rent a car informed me that they were considering not doing business with him. The reason being is that he "bilks" insurance companies by having your car sit on their lot while they aka ( Joe the undercover racist who hires black people, yet calls them n*gger behind their back) continue to request payment from your insurance company for "damages" that werent noticeable from the first inspection of your vehicle. They kept my vehicle for a month. Never called to inform me of the status of my vehicle. Nothing. Then enterprise calls me requesting I pay out of pocket for my rental as my rental coverage from my insurance company had maxed out. I was naive, and to think I actually thought this dude cared. Smh. A true con artist. The tow driver Paul informed me this would be a good shop to go to and save money, because with insurance company partnered shops, you have to be on there terms. *cough* lie! Joe told me to have the insurance company make the check out to him. I was definitely scammed. Belittled, and mistreated. When I would question about my vehicle he wouldnt answer. He went on to talk about how hes a millionaire, when I didnt give a s*it or ask about his financial status. His blond wife or whoever she is sits up at the front acting like shes working. When shes really working on NOT answering your call.When I finally got my vehicle back,the paint job looked like a 2 year old did it. The color didnt match, and the paint hadnt dried correctly. There was a stain on my window shield that I literally had to scratch off with a razor.What a piece of s*it job. If your vehicle came out looking great, and he gave you great service. Thats awesome,whoohoo. I guess he picks and chooses who he wants to be a scamming d*ck to .... Im a firm believer in karma. One day, if he keeps this nonsense up. Hell meet his match...

My Camaro was towed to Collision Consultants Auto Body in Snellville after I was hit by a new driver! It was brand new before the accident and my sister in law told me to call City Wide towing and to have it fixed at Collision Consultants. The representative at Geico said I couldnt have my car repaired there and bullied me to go to one of their repair shops. Joe and his staff were so nice to me and they let me know the insurance companies try to save money for their shareholders by having a shop that works for them repair my car. They dont always use real factory parts to save money. I didnt want to save money, I wanted my car to look like it did before the accident. Not only did my car look great but it was cleaner than when I had the accident! Thank you to Joe and his staff! I am so fortunate to have been referred to them! Charlene

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Got hit rear ended and the officer towed the car there because it was the only place opened at that hour, and i wanted to get my car fixed from somewhere else but Joe did not like that and held my car hostage for about a week and would not release the car until i pay him $1000..he got his money from the insurance company but he wanted more from me. HE IS A CHEAT! Also to top that Joe and his workers completely trashed my car and took their anger out on it because I did not get my car fixed from him. Think TWICE before going there. JOE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Theyve had my car for 3-1/2 months and I still dont have it back. Theyve NEVER called me with an update during this whole time. Every time I call its another excuse. I even personally purchased almost $1000 worth of parts they said they couldnt find. PLEASE HELP! Ill may consider retracting this review if they can ever finish the job and make this right. Until then, I say STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I have had 3 vehicles repaired there and the workmanship and service was excellent. Joe is as good as they get.
