THIS IS THE WORST AUTO REPAIR PLACE IF YOUVE EVER BEEN IN A COLLISION!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM! They are in it for the money not the proper job. You will NOT BE SATISFIED!!!! The auto insurance gave them plenty to fix my vehicle and they did horrible. Now, that is extremely SAD! 1. They LIE to you about the parts, pricing and the time it will take to repair your vehicle! 2. THE WORST POSSIBLE WORK on the car. My front and back bumper were wrecked due to the accident. They ordered the CHEAPEST PLASTIC REPLACEMENT bumpers which were put on my car that didnt even fully fit. They had to sand them down in order to stick them on my vehicle. 3. They do work on parts that ARENT EVEN DAMAGED! They stated they supposedly fixed the rear light WHICH WASNT EVEN DAMAGED. They did the worst job on my car and used all the money from the insurance to keep for themselves instead of properly fixing my vehicle! 4. They CAUSED DAMAGE by creating an indent in on the side of my vehicle and stated that it was already there before I brought it to them. That wasnt the truth at all. The WORST PLACE in the world to ever get your vehicle repaired!!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!! You will be extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Trust me!

After having my car rear ended, I took it to Sugar Hill Auto Collision for repairs. They worked hard to give me an estimate that would allow me to keep my car, but unfortunately the insurance company called it a total loss. What is remarkable is that every person involved in the process was so polite, understanding and helpful. Their facility was very clean and comfortable. On the rainy day that my vehicle was scheduled to be moved to another location, they helped my move all of my possessions from my car to my rental. Again, courtesy ruled the day. Three days after buying my new vehicle, it received minor from a serviceman, so I took it to Sugar Hill Auto Collision to get an estimate for repair. Dustin assessed the situation and was able to fix it while I was standing there at no charge. Where do you find service like that these days? Seriously amazing! I was involved in an accident in my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee a month after I had it and had extensive body damage. I would highly recommend Sugar Hill Auto Collison to everybody and already have. They deserve more than 5 stars! Everyone I dealt with was more then accomidating and extremely helpful... from dealing with Enterprise to the insurance companies for me! The very first time I dropped my car off, Michael drove me to Enterprise himself. And Dustin stayed in contact with me the the entire process and gave me updates. He also stayed after hours so I could pick my Jeep up after work! Couldnt ask for a better group of guys to have dealt with. They made the entire process smooth and effortless! And I didnt get to meet the guys that actually did my body work but a huge shout out to them as well because its incredible!! Thanks yall for EVERYTHING!!! ☺️

Whenever you are having to see a collision center to fix or repair your vehicle..... it is never a good day. When arriving to Sugar Hill Auto I was greeted by Dustin and Dustin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the damage and process of the damage done on my wife and is vehicle. Dustin explained the steps I needed to take to have our vehicle repaired. Dustin told me that he guaranteed that our vehicle would look like it did the day we drove it off the lot. Dustin and Sugar Hill delivered on that promise, I was completely blown away when we picked up our vehicle and saw the excellent work done on our vehicle. A couple of weeks ago I was at Sawnee Mountain Park in Cumming, Georgia and while I was leaving I accidentally backed into the CEO, Kevin Morelands wifes minivan. A day later, Kevin and I got in touch and right away, I could tell Kevin was an honest, caring and sincere man. He cut the repair cost down to almost nothing and ended up not charging me a dime for any of the repairs. Kevin is a very personable and honest man who understood my situation and looked out for my best interest and I could not speak higher of him and how he helped me out. His company is in great hands underneath his management and they offered me exceptional work and customer service. I highly suggest anybody to visit Sugar Hill Auto Collision for these reasons and I assure you that you wont be disappointed!

This place does not work for the insurance companies!! They work for you! Randy and Chad are awesome. The lady who hit me, her insurance company did not want to pay very much to get my truck fixed, or fixed properly. A friend told me about this place, so I took a shot. From the start Randy explained that insurance companies preferred vendors take short cuts and thats why their quotes match what the insurance company wants to pay(insurance adjusters job is to pay as little as possible). He fought the insurance company for me and got the insurance company to pay to have the job done properly! It looks awesome! And they washed and waxed it! I will never use another body shop, and neither should you!

This shop is the best Ive ever been to. I took my car here after someone backed into it. The customer service is phenomenal and they gave a very accurate estimate of time to completion. They handled everything with the insurance company for additional work beyond the quote, so I didnt have to hassle with that. After they completed the work on my car, they washed, buffed, and waxed him, AND cleaned out the interior. The work they did on my car is beyond what I could have imagined, and he looks better than ever. I literally cant stop looking at him and smiling. I love my car and these guys understand that. I will be returning here if I ever need additional body work done on any of my vehicles.

I worked with Dustin today and I was expecting an overwhelming set of numbers on the estimate for two separate areas (red paint where I was dinged by someones door on one side and a streak of white paint where someone apparently scraped up against me on the other). Dustin took one look at both sides, and concluded that based on the type of damage - the repair might not require extensive work. Literally 10 minutes later, he proved himself right in a quite reasonable manner because the paint on both sides has disappeared before my eyes. I am really glad that I decided to bring my 2013 Dodge Durango over and I definitely know where Ill be going if I ever need more body work.

I was very nervous about this (having been "burned" by auto shops before), but decided to give Sugar Hill Collision a try. Wow, they did an amazing job! No technician is perfect, and sometimes a technician cannot see all the damage at the initial inspection. They had to go back to the insurance company to get the job done correctly, and thats exactly what they did. They were professional, they kept me informed, and they even cleaned our van before they gave it back to us! They did a great job, and they did the job CORRECTLY instead of CHEAPLY. I am very pleased, and I recommend them highly. Dustin is a particular asset, both professional and very friendly.
