ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE......incompetent, incomplete, questionable licensed mechanics due to the service I received. My JEEP was judged by the literal EYE, and NOT FIXED!!!!!! I WAS LIED TO, not once but twice by Brian and the general manager ANDY FERGUSON (and Ferguson had the nerve to be rude and nonchalant about the service they claim to have performed) So after keeping my car for 2 weeks (outside in all elements) I picked it up with a load of mud everywhere and was told "ITS READY".....on my way home the JEEP is rougher riding than ever, pulling totally to the RIGHT and back REAR TIRE STILL WOBBLING totally in worse condition than before they got my car. I WAS TOLD, AND HAVE A RECEIPT FOR ONLY AN ALIGNMENT. Nevertheless and needless to say I had 2 independent licensed mechanics assess my vehicle (without even touching it), who informed me that theres SEVERE DAMAGE to my JEEP!! Then on my funds I took it to a REAL ALIGNMENT & FRAME SHOP were there was MAJOR DAMAGE TO MY REAR AXLE HOUSING!!!!!!!! SO BEFORE ABRA......??????? Enough said-

Kept car 5 weeks, sent it back twice. Never called me with daily updates like they were suppose too. Only call received was, cars ready come and get it, no prior notice so i could arrange a ride or offer to get me to my car. Had items on repair receipt they didnt know what it was. Why am I paying for stuff they dont even know what it is. Bery disappointed in the service, and this is a preferred shop for several big insurance companys go to shop.

Ive had the GREATEST experience dealing with ABRA mobile glass today. From start to finish was an absolute pleasure. My technician was the BEST! Mr. Ray M (work order # W981676602) He did a GREAT JOB, my car looks GREAT and he didnt leave a mess!!! I will ALWAYS refer and use ABRA in the future (Glass and or Auto Body)!!! Wish I could give more than 5 Stars...... Great Service! Thanks! James

First Let Me Say This AVOID THE PLACE IF YOU CAN the customer service is horrible all they do is just sit and look like your crazy. The Manager is rude and not helpful thinks that the employed are right for not helping or working. I saw plenty of people leaving with their cars unsatisfied telling me to go somewhere else

DONT DO IT....terrible, wrong diagnosis, wheel NEVER fixed, entire REAR HOUSING was damaged, bent axle, and ABRA DIDNT FIND ANYTHING...wow some kind of service!! AGAIN DONT DO IT!!! THIS SERVICE WAS JUST DONE IN APRIL SMH PITIFUL-
