Fixed the wrong part. Brought my vehicle in for a wheel bearing replacement because the wheel was literally about to fall off. They fixed the wrong one and I didnt realize it. So Im driving around thinking its safe and good to go. I kept hearing noises and took it to another shop and they discovered the wheel bearing was still bad. Luckily it didnt fall off while I was driving with my family. Called bowdens back and told them what happened and even told them I understand mistakes happen and Ill even buy the new part but expected some sort of deal given the fact that they messed up. He refused and wanted me to pay full price. Apparently he said when one is bad the other one is so they didnt know which one needed replaced. I guess the guys at the tire shop who discovered and myself being able to see it know more about this than the guys at this shop. The one they replaced was still in great condition, the bad one was about to fall off... When lifted you could move the tire 6 inches either way. Needless to say I just took the vehicle to another place and paid to get it fixed right. You get what you pay for and Bowdens really showed me that!
