They did good work but their communication and turn over time was atrocious. My car was first promised 8/18, then I got an email saying 8/16, then I got an email update from thier corporate office saying 8/21. I called and was told "probably 8/16" and that corporate was automated. Then I got a call and was told they were giving me updates on someone elses car, and to plan on 8/18. Then the next day I was told they had to order a part, and to plan on 8/21. On 8/21 I called towards the end of the business day when I hadnt heard anything and was told they got the wrong part and that they couldnt get it into paint until that was remedied and that I would have my car the next day. The next day I was called at the very end of the day and told my car was 4th in line for paint and that I would have it by the 23rd. I let them know that I was paying daily rental car rates at that point and that I needed an update by noon on the 23rd if it was not going to be ready by then so I could extend my rental without penalty. I got a call at 4pm on the 23rd saying it would be the next day before it was finished. They called me to pick it up at 5pm on the 24th, so I couldnt get it back until the next day. When I got there on the 25th, the bill was almost $1000 more than the original estimate, which was never communicated to me. I paid my deductible and let them sort that out with my insurance, but they didnt offer to do that, I had to tell them to. So in the end, they had my car 4 weeks, and 9 days longer than they told me they would have it. My rental cost me almost $300 more than it should have because of their errors and miscommunications. I would not recommend them because although they did good work, there are a lot of other shops that do too, who will have your car to you in less time, and more importantly, when promised.

came in for a quick estimate on some fender damage. i had gotten quotes from 3 other local places in the Buford and Sugar Hill area. i told them i wanted "the bare minimum" and i didnt need anything fancy i just needed the scratches and the small dent to be fixed and painted. the damage to my car were not any bigger than the palm of your hand keep in mind... the estimator took me out to my car and told me "yep this shouldnt be to hard of a job"he took some pictures and measurements. he went inside and worked up the estimate as i was standing there. the estimate came to just shy of $1600! which was very shocking to me considering the highest quote i had gotten from 1 of the other 3 places was $750. (the other 2 quotes were $600, and $689) when i inquired about why it was so high. he said "this is a tough job got to take the whole fender off fix the scratches and pull the dent and blend the paint" which was a far cry from what he said out in the parking lot saying "shouldnt be a hard job". so needless to say i went with one of the other 3 places. and spent $689 and the car looks great. i would watch out for these guys. i am sure they do great work but it seems like they are preying on peoples lack of knowledge on auto body repairs and how much things actually should cost. i can tell you for certain that there is no way they would have done anything differently in repairing my car that would constitute an extra $900 in charges. lesson learned.

I dread having a car repaired, so when my son had a minor accident a few weeks back we just took our insurance companys recommendation and went to Buford Collision (also Kilgore Collision) up near the Mall of Georgia. Just got the car back and it was a fantastic experience. The car looks great, and they even did a few extras like clean and vacuum. Plus they gave my son a t-shirt. The shop is new looking, the staff was great, and as an unexpected surprise they even sent us an email with a picture during the repair to keep us up to date.

Communication before, during and after service was phenomenal. Repair was flawless. I picked up my vehicle and it was shiny, clean and fixed. I had the opportunity to go "behind the scenes" on the shop floor. Auto repair can be a messy business, but this shop floor was bright, clean and well organized. Impressive business...I hope they are making money hand over fist because they do their business very well. Ill be back and send anyone I can.

By far the greatest customer service provided! No complaints! They had my bumper fixed within 3 days! Gentleman at the front desk always had an up beat personality, which I absolutely loved! Mr. Kevin who was in charged of my repairs, kept me up to date on everything! If there was option for a 6th star, they would definitely get it!

I went in to Caliber to get an estimate on some minor body repair work. Not only did they give me a more than reasonable price, the service from Garrett and Chase was outstanding. Only expecting an estimate, the repair was done and I was out within an hour. I highly recommend this company for any and all your auto body needs!

I wish there were more than 5 stars. These people do not try to rip you off and are courteous and friendly. I have had to use their services on three separate occasions (one a "deer" encounter of the worst kind) and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to use their services - A-ONE in my opinion.

This is by far the best collision shop I have ever dealt with. The work on my Explorer was absolutely flawless. I met Chase and Linda and they were both so professional. They understand what a customer is going through having an accident and its not an easy time. I highly recommend Caliber Collision when you need them.

Did a great job on my wifes car took a long time but was not their fault had to have the factory make a new harness but Im glad they just didnt pull one out of a junkyard. The repair is also warrantied as long as we own the car and as a victim of peeling clear coat in the past that means a lot to us.

Said it would take two weeks to repair my car. Ended up taking over a month, also, they broke one of the amps powering my subs. Then when asked to pay for it, the manager got a crazy amount of attitude, then wanted me to bring my car back to him, to fix the amp. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Horrible work done on my vehicle. They painted it the wrong color. Then they tried to short cut the fix and put dirt in the paint job. They had my car 2 months and I had to have another company repair their repair. Dont patronize this group!

Best service and experience Ive had with a company! They have truly streamlined the repair process, it was so easy and communication and updates on my vehicle were fantastic! Great people too. Highly recommend!
