I have taken receipt of my vehicle from Service King on Hurricane Shoals Rd in Lawrenceville, Ga and I am not satisfied with the work in the following areas: 1) The radio antenna on the passenger side (where the entire quarter panel was replaced) is cracked and falling apart. 2) The running board on the driver’s side is scratched as a result of the car skidding over the concrete median or slamming of the guard rail. Service King has stated that they are not approved for this repair as it was not identified by the claims adjuster. And pointed the finger at my husband and myself, stating that it was our responsibility to notify them of each and every area needing attention. 3) SHOCKINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Additionally, I have requested that a new service provider be identified and approved by my insurance company to complete and/or finish the repairs as I am completely dissatisfied with Service King. Based on my experience with this claim, they are not at all skilled in the area of customer service and their approach is severely lacking in professional standards (I am being incredibly kind here). Service King Collision Repair marketing approach includes setting the expectation that "your car will come back looking like it just left the showroom". I can assure you, my car came back filthy dirty and when returned to the service center for further review, the response from the General Manager, Meredith Atha was in the spirit of "too bad, not my problem or too bad, so sad for you and not my problem to deal with". Service King has had my vehicle in their possession for 17 days and throughout that time did not take proactive action to communicate status or provide acceptable explanations for the delay. Additionally, they failed to keep commitments for completion with inadequate excuses. I am absolutely opposed to returning my vehicle to Service King under any circumstances and would strongly suggest that Meredith Atha/Gen. Mgr and Buddy Granger/Service Advisor be given IMMEDIATE feedback regarding this review as their attitude and approach to the customer came with a strong message indicating that they are not at all concerned about satisfying the customer. Condescending and dismissive approach screams need for action in the area of Entry Level Customer Service Training. Regarding Service King marketing material that states the following: "Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the overall experience. Please consider the following five areas of the repair process": 1) How would you rate your satisfaction with the quality of the repair? • Rating = NEGATIVE 10 2) How would you rate the customer service you received? • Rating = NEGATIVE 100 3) Was your Vehicle Ready when promised? • Response = NO. Not the FIRST, SECOND, THIRD or FOURTH time it was promised. 4) Were you kept adequately informed throughout the repair process? • Response = Absolutely NOT. We had to initiate the call for each and every update regarding status. 5) How likely is it that you would recommend Service King to a friend or family member? • Response = I will ABSOLUTELY recommend to every friend, family member and social media outlet that Service King NEVER be considered as a professional, customer centric place of business.

I had my car serviced by Service King (Lawrenceville) to replace the bumper and grill. They were referred to me by my Allstate insurance. They replaced my bumper, using the WRONG size clips (this was confirmed by another Service King location) to hold my bumper on my car. I became aware of this when my bumper detached from my car while driving, creating a hazard to my life and those around me in Atlanta, on the interstate. During this same repair visit, they entered my vehicle, sprayed something in the driver’s seat which splattered on the acrylic glass in front of the speedometer. Whatever the substance was corroded the acrylic glass. They damaged my brand new car and are refusing to do anything for me (this will be a $700 repair for me to pay). If you do not want to potentially risk a hazard to yourself and additional damage to your vehicle I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this company and maybe consider a different insurance provider other than Allstate. They do not deserve ZERO stars.

Terrible experience. Absolutely horrible. After being involved in an accident on a Saturday, I was told by my insurance adjuster to bring my car in on Monday morning. Upon arriving, I walked in and the woman behind the counter looked up from her computer and with a bit of attitude asked if I needed something. I explained the situation to her, to which she responded that my car would have to wait that they were booked up 2 weeks. I told her about my insurance and snapped back "that isnt how we work, you have to be scheduled." After more attitude and minimizing the accident I had been in, I chose to leave. I found another shop that actually cared and didnt treat me like I was bothering them. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. They wont treat you like you are a nuisance. No thanks.

Way way way too expensive! even on the quote it said non Factory part + 25%. Lady said she was saving me money by getting a non Factory part. I decided to call Toyota to get exact price on parts she was simply charge me full retail plus 25% then plus labor everything else. My vehicle is so new you can only get parts from Toyota. Within 10 minutes of calling around I found the same parts for half the price. Toyota of McDonough is worth the drive. I dont know the quality of their work but after seeing the prices theres no way I can do business with them. I cant say one positive they were all polite and friendly. And I saw one guy skips his lunch so he can make sure and meet the customer

Great job on my 2004 Maxima after i got hit from behind with a lot of damage. The car was ready when promised and i was adequately kept informed of the status via text messages. From start to finish the job was handled by a very courteous customer service representative Zach Abernathy. I hope i dont need to, but i will be a repeat customer.......
