I was unfortunate enough to be the recipient of service from Complete Automotive in Dahlonega through my AAA membership. Scott didnt seem to have a clue about what he was doing, and all he needed to do was to change my tire! After struggling, it became apparent that he couldnt remove my lug nuts. I suggested he go to Auto Zone, one mile away, and buy the correct tool. Nope, he couldnt do that. I told him he could go and I would request another service from AAA. He started to leave, leaving my spare tire next to my car! I asked him to put it back in my car, which he did and then gave me the thumbs up. Are you kidding me? Wait - theres more - when the second guy, Cory, arrived from AAA service, he showed me that Scott had striped my lug nuts and now they couldnt be removed without special service from an automotive company. Cory put air in my tire, stayed to make sure it was holding and then took pictures to include in his report to AAA. Now Im forced to get my tire checked out, new lug nuts put in, and then be reimbursed by AAA. Never, no never, should you use Complete Automotive Service. Ive been a member of AAA since 1981 and Ive never had a complaint until now. This company who employs incompetents like Scott shouldnt even be in business.

Broke down in the mountains. After a lot of confusion and aggravation with AAA, Complete Auto sent a wrecker. The driver was very good, knew what we was doing. Took us back to their shop, diagnosed the problem quickly and once the parts finally arrived (not their fault) they replaced the module quickly. Price was fair and people were nice to work with. I am particular with my ride and do all my own work. These guys were great.

My car stopped on the road and couldnt start. I found the phone number of these guys and called them. They came and towed my car to their shop. After half an hour they fixed the problem. Thank you very much !
