Is one star as low as I can go? I went to Graff in Durand Michigan in the summer of 2014 just looking at cars I knew I could not afford. The salesman Steve Brown came out and talked up this overpriced 2009 Chevy Malibu and even tried to pass the plastic hubcaps and mirror covers as "the chrome package" I knew the car was worth less than they wanted from the beginning. I was still foolish enough to trade a good running 02 alero ($300) trade value for it. Within 6 months the malibu was in Graffs shop having the head gasket replaced and head remachined at 2 grand of my expense. Not to mention twice I had it in there to change the same headlight at my expense. Now I have the reduced engine power GM BS and they claimed it was the throttlebody and wanted to charge 4 hundred plus for an 180 dollar part and labor to change 4 10mm bolts. I put a new throttlebody, accelerator pedal and mass airflow sensor on myself and the car still runs like ****. Not to mention the ECM and 02 Sensor fuses that Graff pulled out to shut off the Check engine light long enough to sell the car. I am never buying from Graff or GM after this.

Buying my 2012 traverse was probably the best experience I have received, my sales rep was Dan and it did everything he could to make sure we had a running vehicle for our Lil girl. But for the service department I did not have the best experience. I had agreed to bring my car back for the detailing because I was not done before leaving the lot. I brought it back within the time limit they gave me. I was told I would be given gas money and never got anything. Instead I had to drive around a truck for a full day and wasted a full trip to Durand to pick up my car. They had told me 4 hours and my boyfriend went there after 5 hours, putting money in the truck like we were told to do just to find out it wasnt done. So we not only didnt get gas money but we spent more in gas then we should have. Plus when we went to pick the car up it was dustier than when we dropped it off. I could have saved my time and money by doing a better job than they did on the detail. In all I would recommend buying a vehicle from Dan but I will never bring the car back for a detail or to deal with the service people.

I was working with these guys to buy a new silverado. I was appearantly confused on how the "pre approval" process works, finance person Eric finally called me 8 hrs after I left him a voicemail only to tell me that I was basically stupid and didnt understand anything! Even said I cant get it through my head and just dont get it! I just asked if he found out anything out from the lender! He said he wasnt going to waste his time and find out unless I came in there ready to buy. Sorry but I wont buy until I know my interest rate! I have never been disrespected by someone who needs to sell ME something to make the business money! I will never do business with this company and as a sales manager in a high traffic retail store I will make sure to pass the word along! I am just blown away that I was disrespected like that. I feel sorry for anyone who pays these jokers commissions by buying something from them. Ill just buy an older model private party and pay cash. Lost a 30,000$ sale and many more to come!

We came in looking for a truck during a busy sale event and were quickly greeted by a salesman, but he didnt jump on us looking to make a sale, he just asked if he could help us find someone. He didnt assume we were fresh meat, his for the taking. That was nice. Once we told him we were looking to possibly buy and what we wanted, this guy (Steve Brown) rattled off the vehicles in stock with the options we wanted, and their colors, and took us right to them. He knew their inventory from memory...thats impressive. The entire process was great with Steve. He wasnt pushy, he didnt try to get us to exceed our price limit, and he was very helpful and informative but knew exactly when to just step back/away and let us talk, think and check out the vehicles. The rest of the dealership experience was also great; clean, inviting, friendly staff, quick processing, etc. Im happy with this dealership.

I brought my 2003 Chevy Venture in for an oil change and the service that I received was very professional, efficient and courteous. What really impressed me was the service that the tech gave for a sweet elderly woman who pulled in for an oil change in the other bay. He helped her check her mileage and when he found that she had only driven a few hundred miles since her last oil change. She told him that she was concerned because she was getting ready to take a long trip up north. He told her that she would not need service at that time and everything in her car should be fine. I talked to him about it, and he told me that she is a regular customer, so he knows how well maintained her Pontiac Vibe is. I told him that I appreciated his customer care skills with her, because she seemed to not have someone at home who would check on those kinds of things for her.

I took my vehicle in for a coolant leak - a common problem in the Sonic caused by a faulty water pump. The coolant reservoir has had to be refilled 3 times in less than a year. The service manager told me this was NORMAL behavior. He also stated he would not look at the issue unless I paid an 80 dollar diagnostic fee. He also flat out told me the water pump issue wouldnt be covered by the Powertrain warranty. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. The service department here is garbage. I have never had a good service experience when dealing with this dealership. I will never buy from this dealership again, and I will have second thoughts about buying a Chevy in the future. This is unfortunate, because I enjoyed working with Jason here on the sales end of things. Oh well.

Verbally agreed to purchase a vehicle for a said price +tax, tag, and title with the sales employee Steve Brown who on the phone confirmed with the Sales Manager. I then made vehicle loan arrangements, travel arrangements (different state), and work schedule arrangements. Just before my flight they then communicate to me a price 900$ (Including a 700$ dealer prep fee) higher than the price agreed to the day prior. Very dishonest sales team, I spoke to Don Farmer the sales manager who basically didnt care what prior commitments were made or the fact that I made arrangements based on said agreement. I think the dealers slogan has something to do with fun buying process, what a joke!

Great dealz!!! We met Dave Green a few years ago while shopping for a used car. Dave is a refreshing change from the pushy high pressure salesmen you meet at dealerships. We not only purchased 1 car from Dave but 3 more. Dave always went beyond and above to get us the best deal and price on our trade ins and purchases. I love my new 2017 Equinox. Dont be blue. Go Green and see Dave for your next car purchase youll be happy you made the trip to Graff Chevy in Durand. Thanks Dave :-)
