I was in an accident that wasnt my fault and my insurance (Liberty Mutual) suggested I come here for a quick and painless repair. This process was anything but quick and painless. Due to issues with the other drivers insurance, they had my car for three weeks. Once I received my car, I was not shown what was fixed, just explained my warranty and handed my keys. I drove off and looked in my review mirror to see my roof lining was hanging down. I called the front desk who advised me to come back so they could fix it. I was told it was probably already like that and with the parts being repaired it got worse. False. They glued it back up and I was on my way. Once I got to work I noticed scratches and paint chips on my car! I called to let the front desk know and he advised me to come back after work to check it out. They refused to acknowledge this was their fault but took a piece off to sand/paint. Once I went back to have the piece re-attached to my car, they made awful black marks on another piece. At this point Im worried what else they will damage so Im calling ti a day. All I can say is the front desk is extremely helpful but the garage workers are complete idiots. I would be giving zero stars if I could and will not be recommending this place.

About a month ago, I was heading down 400 running about 65-70MPH and hit a deer, then hit the barrier cables. I was okay, but car was definitely not. The whole left side was ruinined, my front bumper and hood was completely smashed in. A friend referred me to pro tech collision, So I went there and had a great experience. They handled everything with my car and the insurance company. Definitely great customer service. When I got my car back, I couldnt even tell that my car had ever been wrecked. My dad is also in the automotive industry, so I got him to look over everything and he was also amazed at what a great job they did Thanks pro tech!

I had a tree limb to fall on the hood and put a real nice dent in it. They repaired and painted the hood and did a great job. The truck was washed and it looked like a brand new truck. I was very please with there work and would highly recommend them.
