I will never go anywhere else. These guys are fantastic! I was recently involved in a hit and run accident. I was rear-ended by a Dodge Ram on the highway. My 2016 VW Beetle sustained some damage to the trunk, the bumper and the impact bar, as well as the exhaust system, rear fenders, tail lights, etc. I was given a four page PDF file of everything that needed to be repaired, or replaced. The repairs started on just the second day it was there, and were complete not even a full two weeks later. When I picked up my vehicle, I was AMAZED. I fully expected to find a few things I didnt like. All of the seams were perfectly lined up, all of the paint matched, (which is crazy because I have a unique blue color car), and everything was functioning properly. My car was in bad shape when I drove it to the shop, now its as if the accident never happened. Not only did they fix my car, they even washed, vacuumed, and cleaned the windows on my vehicle. The staff there are very professional, and super nice. Everything looks fantastic! If you are looking for a place that does outstanding work, go here.

I took my F150 in with a "self inflicted" wound -- small back story, I backed a much bigger truck into my personal truck -- embarrassing, yes. And... I dreaded the cost of fixing it. When I took the truck in, Tim came out to meet me, did a walk-around, and we sat down in his office to go over numbers. After all was said and done, I was happy with the quote and made an appointment. Heres the good part ---> When I got the vehicle back, they had finished faster than the estimated time of repair and UNDER the estimated cost of repair. You NEVER hear of that happening. Under estimate? Yep. If I ever need body repair again ---> ---> Cumming Collision.

Had to return my car 3 times to get the repair done right.. While Brad did address each of my issues, it was extremely frustrating having to go back multiple times. 1 attempt my bumper was not lined up properly, which was clearly visible, even from a distance. Second attempt the door rattled when closing, some type of adhesive per Brad. Had to take it back today due to excessive wind noise even at low speeds. Looking at the door you could see it was not lined up properly. Brad made the adjustment but attention to detail would have prevented the multiple trips.

I took my car in for minor damage to the front bumper from someone backing into my car. Matt ordered parts and arranged to do paint work and all part replacement in one day. They are the nicest most accommodating folks I have ever worked with at a repair shop. The work was like new and they even washed my car. Not just washed but vacuumed and washed the floor maps! Talk about service. If I ever have body work done again, I will take my vehicle to Cumming Collision Center!

BEST SERVICE EVER! Brought my Mustang to Cumming Collision. I worked with Krystal (who was amazing!) but EVERYONE there was so helpful and seemed to know what they were doing. I called several times and they were always ready to help me with any questions. My mustang is ruby red and you cant even tell where I wrecked! Fantastic work! Most definitely recommend and will be returning if needed!
