As a business owner, you learn to accept the fact that no matter how hard you try, you just cant make everyone happy all of the time. Even though this location has a nearly perfect customer satisfaction rating, there is one review on this site that warrants my attention and comment. "Dee King" placed a review on this site that is a complete falsehood. Literally every sentence in this review is a blatant lie. I will not waste my time dissecting all of the comments, but from start to finish, it is a total fabrication. They left their black 2010 Dodge Challenger with us for repair. Several panels were damaged, and they wanted to not only paint it, but they even wanted green custom racing stripes down the top surfaces. We priced them out at $1,739.90 which is less than half of what any other shop would have charged. They signed giving us authorization to do the repair, and we went to work. Well a couple days later, they returned saying that they did not have the money to pay the bill. We stated that the vehicle was already repaired and about to be painted. They asked to see our progress, so we pulled the primer covered vehicle up front for them to view. When we did, the lady jumped into the vehicle and drove away almost hitting me in the process. We called the police, and the police officers, whom Ive never met in my life by the way, convinced the woman over the phone to pay us $900 in cash for the work wed already completed. I told her that if this was done I would not press charges for the theft or her almost hitting me with the car. She sent her son up here with the money to make things right, and that was that. Their review was nothing short of slander, and if I thought it would do any good at all, they would have a lawsuit on their hands. Even the amounts mentioned are just asinine. Anyway, if you have ever been inside my shop and met my staff, you would know right off that their review is insanely untrue. Thank you for allowing me to explain this injustice.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! took my 2013 dodge challenger r/t to get a full body paint of solid black gloss pain and during the process they gave me a paint quote of $4,800.00 did not properly break down the price adjustments or anything just put down labor cost, materials cost and a big rough price for paint that said $4,285.95 ..... They said they sand and prep it that Monday "reminding you i brought it in that Wednesday" i came back Thursday to get my car back before they started because i found a place to do the job for a lot cheaper "the dealer..." when i requested to pay for the time it was parked for their lot they said it would be $2,800.00 to get it out and that they overnight sanded it and prep/taped it for paint....even though his break down clearly stated materials cost and labor would be $329.95.00 and buffering was $99.95 so he pulled my Challenger out of the parking lot on the side walk demanding the $2,800.00 and as he continued to get in my face my aunt drove off with the car as she laid the money on their table of $500.00 Bob Calarusso then said to me all you Nigg**s are just the same and called a personal officer friend of his out who then put me under arrest for theft because he said the car was stolen from their lot even though it is my property and he parked it in the side street near ongoing traffic on the road... my aunt came back with the full payment and the officer attempted to arrest her until the actual on-scene officer arrived and stated that their was no chargest againt this for wich it being a civil matter and advised us to never repair any type of thing here as the area being un-proffesional and poor quality work with poor customer service he always calls the same officer out named officer Griggs. SOOOOO POOR WORK/BADD SAND DOWN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE UNCLEAR RECEIPTS AND RACIST MANAGER SHADY AREA!!!! THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT NO CREDIT CARD OR MONEY ORDERS.....

If you are reading this review you are considering using the services at Maaco at 411 Pike Blvd in Lawrenceville, Ga. Simply, I will recommend this business to my friends. They were recommended to me by my sister who had used them for some extensive work after the paint job completed by another business began to peel. She is very satisfied as am I. I had several estimates by reputable businesses that had been recommended by people from church. To my dismay the little scuff from one of those !#$^@ yellow poles found in parking lots was going to be expensive to fix. Apparently the paint on my 2012 Camaro is special. Lad and the folks at this branch of Maaco listened patiently to my concerns about matching the paint. They were well aware of how difficult my color was to match. Something about the metallic, pearlized and some such “Star” extra in the paint with a 0% tolerance in color was what made my orange car so beautiful. Even to people who would never be seen in an orange car. In bright light you cannot see where neither the dent nor scuffs were. The clear coat is seamless. To say I am pleased is an understatement; and they beat the price of the other shops while providing an outstanding job. Yes, I would heartily recommend this Maaco. Nancie Carol

I need a paint job that would last on my car and read the reviews on this MAACO location that is closest to me. I am into Business Management and quite displeased with the reviews I read. I took the initiative of calling the shop and spoke with a professional and courteous employee. I asked him why there are many negative reviews about the location and he was honest to let me know that the location has gone through managing some bad employees, but everything is in order now. I proceeded by visiting the location for the estimate of my paint job on 9/9/2017. Got there earlier than 9:00 am and sat outside. An employee came out to greet me and let me in; highly professional, proficient at his job and very courteous. He educated me about several paint options and I decided to go with a factory paint option that would last 5 to 10 years. Considering the detailed information and the options presented, I am impressed with the employee and dropped my car off for painting and minor jobs to be done inside the car. I will post another review when the job is completed.

Originality Hall

I was referred to this location by a friend of mine. I informed him that I will take my my vehicle there for repairs only because I took his word that they had new management and is doing an excellent job on painting and collision work. I live about 100 miles from the Maaco location Lawrenceville . Once I looked at some of the reviews I wanted to change my mind. But I am a living witness that the reviews are nothing like what they done to my vehicle. This place did an exceptional job on my collision repairs. I had another mechanic to review the damages prior to me taking it there and this same mechanic looked at it when I got it back. He stated that he could not have done a better job. Very well satisfied, and happy to know that I took my friends opinion. Thanks Kurt and Manny and the rest who took the time on my vehicle.
