I was referred to this shop by a mechanic and went in to have my car repaired after being hit by a drunk driver. I had no reason to think the shop was bad due to the referral..My car was hit in July 2009..Repaired by 10.2009..In November the paint started to peel off the bumper..Chico stated he could repaint the whole car metallic black for an additional charge which I paid minus the $4500.00 the insurance company paid him to repair the body work of my 2003 Ford Mustang..Chico reluctantly repainted the bumper and convinced me it looked like someone kicked the bumper but that was not the case and I have the photos to prove it..I called chico again in February to tell him I noticed the paint starting to peel in several other places of which he looked at it and said it was rocks..How this could get on the top of the hood and trimming around doors is beyond me..I called him and told him he needed to fix the car, he had me come by there last week after a heated conversation where he yelled at me and told me if it is under warranty it will be covered if not its on you...I said no it will not be..He looked at the entire car and I pointed out the paint chipping around the gas door, the car door, the panel on both sides, on top of the hood and he said it was all"ROCKS" and to do what I had to do and get my attorney..I now am preparing to fight back against this shop and will be taking him to court..I had several shops look at his work on memorial

I had a great experience with this shop (CR Auto Collision/Snellville). My car was sideswiped by someone and I had no idea where to begin. I had a lot of anxieties walking into the shop, as I had never been involved in any type of accident in 17 years of driving. Chico was very honest and never once tried to take advantage of my naivety on the process of having my car repaired. He thoroughly explained the process to me and eased my anxieties. Any questions and concerns that I had were answered. I had a third party claim and was working with an insurance company that was giving me problems. Chico was there for me throughout the whole process and even made follow-up calls to the claims adjuster to ensure that my car was repaired in a timely manner. Chico went above and beyond to make sure that my car was properly repaired to my satisfaction. The other staff that I encountered at the shop were friendly as well. This shop conducts business with great customer service and integrity. I was pleased with the results and highly recommend this shop.

Chico is a very honest businessman; he makes a promise and keeps his word. He advocates for his customers and has very good rapport with the insurance companies. Chico understands body work and mechanics of cars. He restored my car to brand new condition. He has a very nice office manager and very professional car restoration people. This body shops appraisal was 44% less than the dealership; insurance companies raise the prices. Here you will find an honest man, an expert in car restoration, and male and female staff who are well treated and love what they do..

Took my car here when a friend was nice enough to wreck it for me. I can say my experience here was better than I would have ever expected and have ever had. Their pricing is excellent, their work is fantastic, and they give a level of customer service that is rare these days. They replaced a large portion of the front end of my car and repainted it. Chico even gave me a ride to my truck after leaving my car and saved me an Uber trip. I highly recommend CR Auto Collision.

I couldnt be happier with the repair work and paint job that I had done on my car. The hood of my car was beyond destroyed (my opinion) but they did an amazing job with the repairs to the hood and front end. The owner was very helpful throughout the process including guiding me to my new paint color. His guidance was spot on to what I was wanting. I hope I dont have to get body work done again, but if I do, I am coming back to CR Collision.

Chico and his team are absolutely awesome. My car was hit Thursday (5/14). Chico took my car that following Tuesday (5/19) and he had it done by that Thursday morning(5/21) . Not even two full days. And the work is unbelievable. My car looks like it never was hit from behind. thank you Chico and team!!!!!!! This is the place to go, great people and over and beyond top of the line work......thank you guys so much!!!!!

CR Auto is just awesome. Gave my 15 yr old, beat down vehicle to paint, hoping to get a little more life out of it. But they did such a wonderful job with it that my kids thought i got a new car. All dents on the body and cuts on the bumpers taken out. Chico is great to work with, but rest of the crew is fantastic as well - professional and friendly. Would recommend for quality, service and price.

Just got my Nissan 350z repainted. Chico was so kind and easy to work with. He will work with you on the price and will give you great quality work. The staff is also really kind and will answer any of your questions. The job was done in less than a week and I absolutely love the way the car turned out. He went above and beyond. Go to this shop, GO! I promise you will not be disappointed. Took my 2015 Z51 Corvette up there because I had a few rock chips on the front bumper and side panels. NOT ANY MORE! Looks like it came from chevy. I didnt even have to negotiate, Chico gave me a fair price right off the jump, not the normal corvette quote "high for no reason". I will be doing more work with him and this shop.
