BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE!!! I took my car to Rick Cole for body work due to an accident; he was referred by a coworker. He did a horrible job and lied about putting new or refurbished parts on my car. He painted my car and a day or 2 later white compound started coming through the paint, not to mention over spray all over my car. I took my car to him 3 times and each time it seemed worst. He is very dishonest and did not have the decent to make it right. I have reached out to him on several occasions and he failed to settle this issue. I took my car to three other body shops that confirmed he did a terrible job as a business owner. SO PLEASE This is a warning, please do not take your car to him He is very dishonest and did a disservice to me. I only put 1 star because it wouldnt allow me to post it , but he deserves no stars. My plans is to report him to the BBB , expose this on Social Media with pictures and sue him for damages. I feel like you took advantage of me because I am a woman and I will make sure that this does not happen to anyone else. See below pictures of Mr Cole Terrible work !!!! He claimed he bought a new fender which clearly shows he didnt, He use bondo that has cracked in less than a month according to the new body shop that is currently redoing my car. The cloudiness you see in the photos are the bondo coming through the paint , so they are going to have to fix that as well as removing all the over spray from the paint off my car.

After going through several paint and body shops with no luck ..my husband found out about this place through a basic search to get his car repainted and fix his front bumper. He told the owner (Rick) his concerns and what other shops recommended .. he (the owner) was very courteous and knowledgeable about his craft and also he was honest about what my husbands expectations should be regarding the work that would be performed... when he picked up his car he was very pleased with the quality of work done. His car looked BETTER than hes ever seen it look.. The only minor issue is that I would like better communication from the owner regarding the process and also letting customers know if he will be out of the office so that customers arent sitting outside of the establishment for long periods of time waiting to pick up their vehicles... But we would definitely come back to this business again.. and recommend all of my friends to this place as well....

Deidre Beach I can TRULY say that out of the many car purchasing experiences I’ve had in my life, this one with Ricky Cole at Quality Care Auto Body and his team of mechanics was the best. Ricky was our “guide” – making sure the vehicles we intended to test drive were ready to go, then helping us explore options when I decided that we might want to go with a newer vehicle. Ricky Cole put together a reasonable purchase package for a 2014 Camry LE – and I’m very pleased. The car is beautiful – solid, comfortable and has all the technical features I really wanted. This is probably the last car I’ll ever need, or want. And with no equivocation I will be returning to Quality Care Auto Body to do all my maintenance and up keep of my car.. This shop was a God send for me and my daughter. My daughter (17yo) has a 2004 Saturn Ion that was in excellent condition that I had only paid $2000 for. Like all teenagers, she made a bad turn and was T-boned on the passenger side rear door. The car was technically totaled even though it was still driveable. I didnt want to take the time or spend a whole lot of money trying to find another car when the damage was not that significant. We called and visited numerous shops in the Lawrenceville area and they all wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to repair. I reached out to a friend and was given the contact info for this shop. I was very pleased with the timely response, the workmanship, and the overall treatment that I received. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for an honest and fair mechanic in the Gwinnett area.

My experience at Quality Care Auto has been nothing but the best. I have now become a regular. From the moment you enter the building, Mr. Rick and his team make you feel welcome and special. They make you feel like your car is the only car in the world and they will do their best to take care of it. From diagnostic testing to completion of service, you are kept informed. If they find any additional issues with your car, they let you know instantaneously. They also do not over charge you for minor fixtures. Their prices are pretty much standard and fair. During an accident, they deal with insurance company concerning estimates so that you dont have to worry about an already stressful situation. I was recommended by a friend to Quality Care Auto by a friend a few weeks ago to do some body repair and mechanical work done on my Mercedes-Benz ML350.Went and get a quote.which was much lest than the 4 other places that Ive been to. I was told by the owner this should take about week. 4 Days later I was called that my vehicle was ready.. Went I went to get my SUV I couldnt believe my eyes,my truck looks spanking new.,all the repairs were done ,my truck drives so nice. The staff was very nice and courteous,on that note right now they working on my 745 IL BMW which has some engine problems. The price is right and the service its great,I WILL not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.GOOD JOB GUS..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK .

I highly recommend Quality Care Auto Body & Accessories. I took my car there and Rick and his team was attentive to my concerns with getting my car repaired. They immediately assessed the damage on my car and gave me a fair price estimate. I really appreciated this because as Women, we are sometimes overpriced by Mechanics and Car Specialist. Although I did not have an appointment, Rick and his team was able to turn-around my car in a short few hours on the same day!!! I was highly impressed with the end result. I came to Georgia without a car and my friend refer me to Rick. Rick was able to get me a car within the same week and I must say the car is running good and looks good... If it wasnt for Rick I wouldnt have a car i told him God will bless his wonderful heart, because he is a man of his words...
