Where do I start with my review on Super Collision. This was my second time choosing Superior Collision for my vehicle, and the first time they fixed my car, they did a fair job, but didnt clear coat behind the handle (nothing bad just felt different from the other handles). I later returned for another repair and had Nicole, one of their manager’s write up my estimate. I went to and from there 3 times to ensure that nothing was missed on the report. After the repair was performed, I got the car back and they didnt even fix half of the things I paid them to fix, even becoming lazy and clear coating above scratches so I wouldnt notice them. They took the car back again and fixed these small scratches, but after this the fender wasn’t straight. They took the car back again, fixed the fender, but it still had a noticeable dent. These were the only major parts that they missed, but little things that they missed started to disappoint me. Later, I went to replace the speakers that I had already replaced before, and noticed that one of the clips hiding a screw for the door had been broken, and black putty was placed on it so I wouldnt notice that they had damaged it. The fact that they tried to hide something frustrated me. When I returned, I had John, the shop manager, take over with the rest of the repairs. Not to go into excessive details, but the remaining repairs have included a missing GM logo, missing screws to retain the fender, door handle paint bubbles, and paint chipping from the door handle. The accident happened over 6 months ago and the car is still not in pre accident condition. I have spent countless hours travelling to and from Superior and also time without my car. This has been a great inconvenience, involving about 10 times that superior has had to work on my car to make it right. The car to this day still isnt fixed correctly, but I would rather deal with a sloppy repair for now then spend my free time working as quality control for Superior Collision. I would not recommend Superior Collision based on my experience. Now to the good parts about Superior Collision. John was very nice during the whole process and has admitted that all of the problems on the car were the shops fault and had no excuse why they happened. I have nothing bad to say about the appraisal staff, other than they need to ensure that the work being performed is up to industry standards.

I was unfortunately in an accident where the back of my car ended up with $2300 worth of damage, including a new exhaust. Superior got us in straight away, and emailed me the estimate that night. I asked them when they would start the work (estimated to be 5 days) and they responded that it had already been started, as soon as I had left! They had the rental car waiting for me when I got there. The car was taken in on a Tuesday, and was finished by Friday - including subletting it out to the muffler place! AMAZING work. The car looks brand new! They even cleaned the car inside and out before I picked it up - almost to detailing perfection. They take a lot of pride in their work, and definitely take care of their customers. HOPEFULLY I wont get into another accident, but if I do - they are the place I will go!

The staff at Superior did an amazing job taking care of my car, George. I had discovered one day that damage occurred to the passenger side of my car without a note or clue as to who was responsible. Nicole, the adjuster, was very kind and helpful. She gave me an estimate that was accurate and a cost that was the same the day I came to pick up my car. Also, during the process I received updates about the progress on my car. Thank you guys for great work!

I would not send anyone here. I had an accident and they fixed my car,it was good,then a rattle started and got worse,took it back to them,they told me to take to a mechanic which i did,he found lose screws and it was accident related,went back would not do anything,once I paid them they did not care.BEWARE of work after payment,make sure you have no problems,when they get there money you are out of mind and dont care.

Loud rattling after they fixed our van. They installed in a new rear axle. When I pulled away I noticed the sound from the rear immediately on dirt roads. On paved roads no rattle..We returned it the next day but they couldnthe identify the cause. Friendly staff. Took it somewhere else and the fixed the rear shocks. Will not return to Superior Collision.

I would definitely recommend Superior Collision. Erica at the front desk was super polite and helpful! The job they did on my car is great, it looks like it did when I purchased it. They cleaned my carpets, and the whole thing was super fast and easy! They had Enterprise meet me there with the rental.
