I cant say enough good things about Superior Collision. The staff are excellent and will go out of their way to help you out. The shifter on my car detached itself from where it should be. I called Superior collision and they offered to get a tow truck out there and get it looked at by 9AM. Through a series of unfortunate events my insurance company screwed up getting a tow truck out to my place and the vehicle to them until about 3 PM. Because they close at 5:30 I figured there was no way theyd be able to take a look at, let alone fix my car by close of business. However, Scott; the manager, called me and told me that they could move around their schedule to accommodate me; same day service. I just cant say enough good things about them, they really saved me. Their prices are great and their service is exceptional! Ill definitely be back for any of my car needs.

Honest and hardworking. I have taken my car there for three different repairs and have had positive experiences all three times. First, they have always repaired my car for at or below their initial estimate. Second, they always have my car back in a quick, reasonable time period. Finally, this last time that I went in, there was a mix up as to what I wanted them to repair, as there were two areas of the car that had mild body damage. They ended up fixing the one that I was not going to repair, however, when I brought the mix up to their attention, Scott offered to fix the second area for free and was very professional and fair about it. This meant a lot to me, as I am on a limited budget. I would return to them because I have had straightforward and honest communications with them, and they do repairs at reasonable prices.

I was really happy with the service and quality of repair on my car. This was an insurance claim, and they did all the heavy lifting for me - I didnt have to negotiate or go back and forth, which I really appreciated. The service was timely, and my car looks great. Was really impressed by the color matching, as I have a kiwi green colored car! Even better was the warranty provided on the service they performed, and the advice they gave me about turning in my car after the lease is up. I really appreciated them - great to deal with for my first accident/collision. Would go here again if needed!

We have used them for two repairs and a write up for a third. The work is flawless, yes even aluminum. Cant really comment on the pricing since they have always been repairs through insurance. The write up they did was for an old Escape of mine that I wanted to get rid of some panel rust and they explained that if they did that repair it would actually make the situation worse since the area in question had sound dampening foam in it and their welding in that area would trap moisture in the repair, and then Id have to do the repair again... So they saved me from myself on that one.

A few years ago, I was in a front end collision and my insurance company offered me a lifetime guarentee if I had my repairs done at Superior Collision, their preferred body shop. The car looked fine when I got it back, but when I took it into the dealership a few months later for a different issue, they were asking me if the car had been in a front end collision--apparently things were not right under the hood. I took it back to Superior again and they fixed the issue because of the guarentee, but I would have been happier if it was done right the first time.

I havent had any major collision work done here, but know several who have and have been happy with the work. For me it was 2 small things; I locked my keys in my car at the tailor next door and the woman working inside helped me get them out with their slimjim. The other was when I did some really awful touch up myself then popped in to ask for suggestion to fix it. The fella inside came out and gave me advice and even a little hands on work, free of charge, that fixed me right up. Obvious where Ill being going when I need major work done.

Then best shop I have ever been to. Was recommended by a friend and feel the same way they do. They saved me hundreds when another local shop tried selling me a lot of things I honestly did not need. Then I was in a accident and my car was damaged severely. Scott did a wonderful job keeping me informed and the car looked amazing when done. They even cleared a few scratches from a shopping cart free of charge. This is the ONLY body shop and also for mechanical repair I will bring my car to.

They are the best! Brought my black Cadillac to them with some front end work and it came back looking better then new. I have another Cadillac I have in their shop now. When I drop off my cars I dont even have to wait for the quote, because times before Ive compared and Superior is always hundreds of dollars less. Carmen at the font desk is the nicest person ever. Inept, little accountability and poor customer service. It seems they have no organization and leadership. Ordered wrong parts, promised finish date and broke that twice, I showed on third occasion for agreed upon pick up and still not done. Job took a month when it should have been only 2 weeks. Throughout failed to even call with updates. Plan to pass along thoughts to my insurance company so I dont get sent there again.

Superior Collision made me feel rite at ease when i took my car in. I had been in a bad wreck and thought i was going to have to buy a new car. Superior gave me a quick estimate and my car was done when they said it would be.. It looked even better than it did before i was in an accident. If youre in need of Collision repair, Superior is the way to go.

Dropped off my car to get a detailed repair estimate. It was a week before they called me, and that because I was persistent about calling them. In the end they didnt want to do the repair because the parts were too hard to find (older car). I think I was pushed to the side because I would be paying out of pocket instead of with collision insurance.

I swerved to miss a deer a week ago and ran off the road and messed up my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix really bad. I thought my car was totaled for sure. But I went to Superior and Karmen explained everything to me and gave me an estimated time it would be. Even got my car back early I will definitely refer my friends

The level of incompetence is astounding. First they did not repair the damage to the body I pointed out and the problem they did attempt to fix made the car worse. Not only that, they are extremely rude and were late three times with the repair. I dont know how these people stay in business.
