I had a minor accident (guy ran through a stop sign on purpose) that resulted in a ding in my Fender and Bumper Fascia, plus my "Service Stabilitrac" light came on. It took two months for me to find the time to have it repaired and when I finally took it in the insurance company (State Farm) decided the light was from a mechanical problem and unrelated to the accident even though it came on immediately after it happened. The only problem mechanically with the car when I dropped it off at Campbells was that the light was on; it ran and drove fine. I had driven it thousands of miles since the accident without issue. It also drove fine while it was at Campbells; Bob the Shop Manager there said as much, until the day I was supposed to pick it up and he said his guy took it out to wash it and something happened. My car has lost nearly 50% of its power and sounds funny now. They took no responsibility (of course), but it clearly happened under their watch. I dont recommend them for a Body Repair Shop or State Farm for Insurance.

I have taken multiple vehicles here for many years may it be from an accident or just general maintenance and I have always been incredibly pleased with their work. The staff is incredible... friendly and professional and easy to work with. Best of all the prices have always been fair and explained in detail with no surprises. They stand behind their work. I recently brought them an aftermarket part to paint for my Jeep and when the paint did not bond well I brought it back almost a year later and they stripped it and used a different bonding agent / primer and painted it again at no charge. They also do an excellent job of detailing vehicles at a much better price then Ultimate Body and will pick you up and drop you off locally if needed. I cannot recommend Campbell Collision enough to friends, family and neighbors. If you need anything just ask for Bob, the owner he will make sure your taken care of.

My Wife loves her car. After the crazy "March 2017 WIND STORM" her car was beaten and battered with broken parts and dents all over. We had Campbell Collision do work on cars before and knew we were going to take it there. The decision to take it there was reinforced by our state farm agent that highly recommended Campbell collision. The experience is always pleasant, the staff is always helpful and you can tell that they take pride in their work. The office crew kept us in the loop on every aspect of the repair even arranging a rental car for us. Our experience was so amazing that I even used our experience as a "How to" training example for our staff. As far as the car goes, WOW, it looked better than new. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

This is the second time in 6 months that Ive had cause to use Campbell Collisions services, and this the second time in 6 months that they have blown my socks off with their service. In both instances, my car was returned looking as though it had come directly off the showroom floor. The dents and scratches from a garbage can swipe and, later, a parking lot door ding were gone. The staff and owner have been helpful, personable, and receptive throughout. I hope there will be no future need for their repair services, but they definitely have my business for detailing jobs and any other maintenance issues that might come along. Highly recommended.

Very impressive work product and service. Im glad I have met them although I hope I dont have to see them again anytime soon. They really stand behind their work. I had extensive damage done to my car and they fixed it up as good as new. When I had questions after they had finished, they took their time and made sure I was completely satisfied.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable (I mostly worked with Jim). Did a great job repairing and repainting a fiberglass hood. Even buffed out a couple blemishes in other spots on the car for no extra charge. Inside and outside were much cleaner at pick up than when i dropped it off. I would definitely recommend and work with again

Campbells did a great job on my car. Had to take it back for some color blending and they did it in one day. They were great to work with. Enterprise Car Rental in Brighton will bring your rental car and pick it up. Good experience with my first accident!

Avoid this branch. Blatently did work that was not approved. Had no choice to pay once it was done. Nice way to run a bill up over 50% more than what was agreed to.
