The staff was friendly but apparently your time is not a concern to them. I had my 2000 Ford Ranger in to repair the rear passenger door. Brought my vehicle in 8AM Tuesday. Called me up early afternoon fo say they had to order parts. They would be in in the AM Wednesday. That is fine..Wednesday afternoon rolls around and I call to check on my vehicle. Parts came in in the AM but they planned on working on it after lunch. Unacceptable! I had to scramble to find a ride to work Wednesday late as the service people planned on working on my vehicle when they got around to it. Glad to see customer is priority.. smh Interestingly enough I had to call and speak to a service director whom when I called, was in a meeting. He told me he would check to see what was going on then would have them call me ASAP. Sure enough within a half hour I received a call from service department that the vehicle was done and I could come pick it up. Not long after I received a call back from the director checking to see if I was contacted. I thanked him for helping me resolve the communication breakdown. Prior to this, No missed calls from anyone on my end at the time. The director was the only person who kept the communication in check. NO one else from the service tried calling me on Wednesday for updates as my cell phone reflected no call attempts or voice messages.

Those who have served in military, law enforcement and first response will get a sense that their public service is respected and acknowledged. As retired LEO and Military Officer they made extraordinary accommodations help find the right vehicle and delivery the vehicle to my home in Florida.I have sent at least 5 people who trust me to buy their vehicles from Fritz Hammersen who earned my business. Key to all relationships is integrity and customer service. The people at Jacky Jones Ford are in business to make money and their are not perfect.but in this life the will treat you fairly and not engage in dealership games.I live in florida for me to have to buy a Ford in Georgia speak volumes for the people at Jacky Jones Ford. Doing the right thing everyday set the tone for earning respect in this world.

I wish I could give more stars! The entire team is fantastic and I have never had better customer service in my life. I needed a car in Oklahoma but when I tried going to local dealerships I felt like I was getting a raw deal. I contacted Dennis Greene after seeing the price of a black 2012 Ford Edge on his website. He went above and beyond and found every detail about the car to help me make the right decision. Charl Sosebee helped me finance the car and was constantly available by phone. When the car showed up today it was in better condition than I thought it would be. The only surprise was the dual sunroof and two backseat televisions- features I Never thought would be included for such a low price! I HIGHLY recommend and will return for any future vehicle purchases regardless of where I am living in the U.S.

My husband and I recently saw a truck that was being traded in by someone and asked if they could hold it for us because we were very interested. Within a week, we received a call that it was cleaned, prepped and ready for us to inspect. We drove it and made the deal immediately without any hiccups. The quality of service we received and the friendliness of Jacky and all of his staff is stellar. By far, JJ Ford always has the best experience and follow up service, that we both have ever dealt with. Their dealership is and has been top in the nation for many years- and it shows! We wont ever deal with anyone else, because Jacky and ANY of his affiliated dealerships, across the Southeast, has our customer loyalty for life. Good people ding good business!

My Husband has been doing business with Jacky Jones Ford for years and has purchased more vehicles than I can recall!. I recently purchased my Ford Explorer here as well. The staff and service personnel are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They did not have what I wanted on the lot in Cleveland so our salesman Fritz got on the phone and located one that had my exact specifications. He even headed out to pick it up from another location even though he knew that it would be past their closing time before he could get back. What a pleasure to purchase from a dealership that has always put such a high priority on customer service. A rare find these days.

I have used this quick lane for my oil change and tire rotation before and had a good experience but this time I went for a oil change and when I look into the shop the technician is rotating my tires that I just had done a week prior to this. Im not sure if he was trying to slip that in or what so I had to stop him. Then on my sticker on the windshield he put the mileage thats on the truck and not the mileage for when the next change is due so Im only giving 3 stars today. Didnt get the technicians name but he needs to pay attention to what hes doing because tire rotation was not on the order and put the rite miles on the sticker

I just purchased an amazing Lincoln MKC from floor team Russ and Bill. Absolutely no pressure, easy communication, and easily by FAR easiest experience Ive had at a dealership! Everyone was courteous and informative. My car was clean and in great condition! I hope to keep my MKC for a long time but I will be referring Russ and Bill to my friends and family. The BEST part was when I showed up to sign the papers and the payment was lower than we had tentative one discussed on the phone. It made everything much easier! Thank yall at Jacky Jones Ford!

Be careful of your time when dealing with Jacki Jones. They have "BAIT" vehicles on their site that arent really there. All they want is your phone number while they "try to locate the vehicle". They will want to call you back,, etc., then after leading you on, they discover the car has been sold. They told me the advertised truck I called about was sold, THREE DIFFERENT DAYS over a twelve day peroid. My son even called and they did the same thing. Something about dealers that B/S me just rubs me the wrong way.

i have been purchasing cars and trucks from Jacky Jones Ford for several years..His dealership shoots straight and gives me the best deal without all the comparative shopping. Their service dept and parts depart are staffed with professional knowledgeable people..I just bought a new Dodge Truck from a another dealer and was glad to find out Jacky is opening a Dodge Store right next to his Ford Dealership..Some dealership owners are not real car people…Jacky is a car guy thru and thru..

Be aware of this dealerships unethical marketing practices! They are using "bait" vehicles to make you just come to the dealership. Once you show up for your scheduled appointment it turns out the vehicle was "miraculously" sold in the last 30 minutes and over the phone!!! Salesperson (Ben Lawrence) is very prepared for your arrival and already has in his hand a list of more expensive vehicles hoping to make you buy one of those. Those type of practices should reinvestigated by BBB.
