Repairs took over a week longer than the staff quoted me on, and lied to me about the progress when I went to check up on my car. When I got it back, there were duct tape marks all over the roof and hood where they taped the drop cloths. The staff said that they didnt use duct tape, but the my car said differently. Its hard trusting a company that isnt completely honest or willing to admit their fault, so I cant recommend taking your car here.

I was completely satisfied with the service at Thomas Auto Collision. They gave me a quote and explained what they were doing. They even came in slightly under budget for the repair! These folks are friendly, professional, and care about customer service. If you want to deal with some honest, hard-working, local people in Fenton, please look them up.

They did an absolutely amazing job on my car. Fast and extremely friendly staff. Got my car in and out hassle free! They even cleaned the inside and painted some nicks on the door free of charge! I would definitly recommend this place to anyone.

getting into an accident is never a good thing but Thomas collision made things as good as it can be. Free loaner and a lifetime warranty. truck looks great.
