This appears to be a Predatory shop installing a used frame without my knowledge and now saying they are going to auction off my Jeep. On top of that they are trying to add over $1500 in storage fees to a bill the insurance company has not even paid. This review is limited as of 11:07 pm. March 6th. I will be reaching out again to this repair shop tomorrow. They are threatening to auction off our jeep that they say they have repaired. The insurance company has not even paid the bill its crazy to think I have to pay them before the insurance company pays. Before I tell the story I am going to give them a chance to correct this. At this point I am unhappy to say the least regarding how they have handled my vehicle installing a used frame without my knowledge. I dont know what else has been done as well. I will make a full report on several review sites once they make a finale decision as to how they are going to handle this. For now my suggestion is not to use what appears to be a predatory shop. The BEST!! Where to begin with Atomize Collision. They were extremely helpful, patient and skillful in getting my beloved ol Cruiser back on the road. Ashley, Lance and the rest of the staff went out of their way to assist me during the entire process of repairing my SUV. I am on the road more than I am home and they were very tolerant with the time it took for me to get the title fixed and get home to pick up of the car. Then, when I see my vehicle it looked incredible!! I am in the service industry(Delta Air lines) and I sincerely appreciate their efforts to work with me on many challenging issues I had to go through for my vehicle. They were honest and did a great job. What more could one ask for in dealing with a business. I would highly recommend their work and services!! My SUV was and intends to be with me until death do us part. They upheld their end of keeping my Cruiser on the road. For their work and attitude, they are an asset to the Canton community.

I recently had work done Atomize. My child backed into someone in a parking lot and with some sincere convincing the owner of the other car reluctantly agreed to not go through insurance, trusting me to pay for the damage. I was not in a position to argue the repair costs. Atomize knew of this. They gave an original estimate with caveat that without taking the car apart they could not know for sure the true extent of the damage. If it were my car at this point I would have brought it to another shop for a second opinion. They also required me to pay upfront for a new trunk. When the took the car apart after the trunk arrived they discovered their original estimate was 26% too low. I expected this was going to be the case. But what choice did I have without alarming the owner of the other car. I strongly recommend staying away from Atomize. And I recently wrote an excellent review for another body shop.

These guys are amazing!! They did an amazing job on my Mazda. Its like my accident never happened!! Lance, Reid, and Ashley were huge helps in the whole process and I never would have known how to file the insurance claim without them. They made the whole process easy and as stress-free as possible. My car looks amazing and if I ever hear of friends or family needing work done on their cars, these guys will be my absolute first recommendation! The family business vibe is a huge plus, and their warranty policy is first class. You cant go wrong with these guys!

Since I moved to Georgia from Hawaii, Ive had a couple car accidents in the past 6 month...first car was my fiancé s and second was my car....took both car to Automize to repair and they really did awesome job to fix the damages on our car! My car looked a brand new when came out from shop! Ashley is so helpfully kind and knowledgeable about car and of course Lance does a amazing work!! Thumbs UP!!

Atomize is a collision company you should use and can trust.They are very good with communicating to their customers and provide execellent service. Working with them was a great pleasure even though the circumstances were unfortunate. They helped guide me through the numerous stresses that resulted from my accident and I cannot thank them enough for their help!

Ive used this shop several time, in fact my truck was recently rear ended, and I made sure that this was the shop my insurance company used to do the repair. Great experience from initial estimate online to pick up. Notified me of any deviations from original specifications and adjusted the bill accordingly (down in my case) figured out the best way to do the job, not the most expensive.
