I have never been treated as rudely in my life as I was by the owner and her daughter today. My sons car had been towed in there 2 weeks ago after a minor accident, and we had been waiting ever since for an estimate for repairs. We were told there would be a delay over the Thanksgiving holidays, but we didnt receive an estimate until late Thursday afternoon by phone, when we were told it was totaled (they were estimating $3000 to repair it when its value was about $1000). So today (Saturday morning) I called to find out their Saturday hours, and I was told that they were open to the public only from 4-5 this afternoon. I planned my day around this so that I could take my husband by to look at the car and for my son to get his stuff out. When we arrived, I asked for a printed copy of the estimate and was told by the owner that we needed to come on a weekday for that. I explained that I had been told to come between 4 and 5 and she said "Who told you that??" and when I told her the name of the person she said "Hes just a body shop mechanic." My husband examined the car and felt that their estimate was far too high. He found the car driveable so decided he was going to take it home, and I went to pay for the towing. They refused my credit card and told me cash only, then said they would not wait for me to go get cash from an ATM. All the time, they were telling me what a "piece of crap" the car was and how they didnt want to be bothered with it or with us. When I told the owner I would need to come back in a few days with cash, she offered to take a credit card "just to get rid of us." We had been nothing but polite and courteous and they were peeved because we were there on a Saturday, even though her employee had instructed me to come at that time. Again, I cannot understand how a company can stay in business with owners who treat customers like this, and I recommend that you stay away from this business.

I was recently rear ended in Atlanta sitting at a redlight. I called their number at 8 pm that night, there was one of their wreckers there to pick my van up within 45 minutes. The insurance company that hit me kept jerking me around saying " they were investigating it" The person hit me in front of a cop, and he was trying to get out of it. Frustrated I spoke with Debbie at Mauldins and she promptly jumped in and got with the insurance company and had an adjuster there the very next day. She stayed on top of it, and refused to let them use cheap aftermarket parts. They had it ready 3 days faster than the adjuster allowed. I know these will be the ONLY people I ever let tow, or do the body work for me ever again!!!!

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Tim and Travis were assigned to my project and were great drivers / operators of their equipment. Very professional and honest. Great communication along the way. When Tim and Travis say they can do it they mean it ! I had a special request to move a 40 foot container and they did it perfectly. So if your looking to have your tool box moved, your car or your 40 foot shipping container mauldin towing has you covered ! Give Tim and Travis a call and look no further. Thanks again guys !

I called Mauldin to get a quote to install a new rear bumper cover on my daughters car on Tuesday and they told me they would call me on Wednesday with a quote. The same thing happened on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with their final promise to call me on Monday. Today is Tuesday and no call. Not sure they really care about customer service. I will never call again. If they cant keep their word after promising to call me 4 times, how could I trust them with my business. Disappointed.

This place is amazing! My husband took my car in and received an estimate within an hour. They even discovered additional damage that was not readily visible. My car was perfectly repaired, I picked it up exactly when promised and was charged the exact amount of the estimate! This is what I expected and what I received. Mauldins has an excellent reputation in this county and my experience shows that they deserve it!

My son wrecked his moped and was taken to the hospital. Mauldin picked up the moped and refuses to release for nothin less than $350.00 (4 days).I checked with the Georgia Public Service Commission and they are planning to investigate them which probably means nothing will be done. I called Mauldins and the daughter copped an attitude when all I was doing was asking her for the costs.I would not trust Mauldins AT ALL!!!

During the snowcalipsis my sister got in a wreck, we came to get her truck on Monday & they make her pay $450!!! Like thy charged her 300 bucks just to bring it in! & while I was there my sister ask me a question in Spanish & the lady was like "english please" like what kind of service is this? She was been rude to the Chinese lady before me because she dont speak a good English!. Bad bad service.!

This JERK showed up the other day and began to tow my vehicle. I had to pay $200 just to get it off the tow truck!! On top of that he DESTROYED THE INTERIOR of my vehicle and he towed my truck while in park to destroy it even more, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. BEWARE!

Took my van in to have body work done after someone hit my van. What a awesome job! You would never know where it was hit before. Paint was blended beautiful also! I would highly recommend them. Talk to debbi shell take great care of you to!
