Are you wanting your car fixed to the highest standards fast and without hassle? MAGNUM is THE place! One of the biggest challenges in dealing with a repair to your car is finding a place that actually delivers on promises without the delays or miscues that are all too common. But how do you find a trusted resource without all the guesswork? You look at what others are saying. Thats how I personally found Magnum. Cars are my guilty pleasure. Ive owned several exotics (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren...) over the past few years and Im a true pain in the rear when to comes to insisting on perfection.So, when I had a need, I started researching like crazy...asking around...reading reviews and yes, actually driving by the shops to see the real life place in action. I chose Magnum and lets just say this review is a long time coming. Their first exotic of mine was a Ferrari. I was doing a few upgrades. Work was immaculate! Needless to say, I came back for more...and more...and more....they have done personalization and / or repair work to just about every exotic I have owned since then. Each time, they have completely blown me away. From my initial call, to the quick and professional greeting the second you walk in the door, to the quality of the work AND the time frame to complete it all.....plus at delivery Im treated like an APPRECIATED customer and actually thanked for my business. Hows that for delivering a sentiment that seems to have been long since forgotten in todays business environment?-They APPRECIATE you. Absolutely blown away by this place. I actually feel like a friend when I show up. I have my small circle of shops that I use, each in their own niche, for my cars, and Magnum is my exclusive go to place for body/paint/upgrades. This may be the longest review in history but it just may be the most important one you will ever read about getting your car repaired or upgraded for the best price, highest quality for work and with the least amount of hassle. All too often, we only see reviews about bad experiences with businesses. In this case, I want to share my highest praise for Magnum. they are the business that the industry should look to for example. Heres pics of my Huracan with the Novitec carbon wing they just installed for me yesterday. Looks absolutely factory. Magnum actually makes you car look BETTER than OEM. Truly love this place. I wish I could give 20 stars!

Magnum collision came highly recommended to me for their work on high end cars. This made me feel good taking my 2016 camaro to them as if they could work on Ferrari and Porsche a chevy would be a breeze. As soon as you pull in youre greeted with a bevy of high dollar cars, let me assure you thats a ploy. Those are there to make you feel good about taking yours there. My car went in on the 9th of January for a hit to the fender and rim. I was told the rim would be resurfaced painted and a new fender and paint to be installed. The vehicle wasnt ready until the 23rd of January but hey when youre expecting the Mona Lisa of body work to be done thats fine. Now I came to pick the car up and it was nicely detailed which is a great touch, however it was dark out so I couldnt really check the paint work. I didnt really feel the need to either seeing as I was told it was in their "quality control check" all day Saturday. After getting it home I parked it and went to move one of my other cars and when I came back I looked at the rim only to see it hadnt been touched. It was still gouged out down to bare aluminum and had the same scuffs all around the circumference. I immediately called and informed magnum and my advisor Pedro said bring it right back well get it taken care of. I brought the car back in after double and triple checking the paperwork they gave me stating that the wheel had been fixed already. Now I dont expect a sports car as a loaner but something of equivalence wouldnt be out of line. However since it was out of their pocket Im assuming thats why I was given a stripped down jeep compass to drive while they fixed what should have been done already in the 2 plus weeks they already had my car. Long story short dont fall for the high dollar cars parked out front, the certifications as approved body shops by Aston and tesla. Guess what unless you have one of those this is just like any other body shop. The paint work was satisfactory but if we couldnt tie down fixing a rim in 2 weeks that took one afternoon to do what kind of work can you really expect. Once again.... dont let the pretty cars fool ya.

Talk about a company’s fall from grace… My entire family have been loyal customers for over 10 years with nothing but fantastic words for Magnum. However, this last repair was an absolute implosion on all levels of business. If you are looking for a shop where your “contact” is never available to speak, voicemails/emails are only responded too when it involves money, and rarely will you get an update on your vehicle then this is the shop for you. We learned after 3 MONTHS the vehicle was far from completion and shoddy repair work had been completed after it had been dropped off at a dealership for an electronic harness they claimed unfixable (with proof in hand we later learned this harness was damaged by MAGNUM). This is far from the status they claimed the vehicle was in. The entire repair should have only taken 1-2 weeks! For example, shop poorly repaired a SAFETY ITEM with butt connectors and did not perform repairs that were paid for by my insurance company just to name a few. Additionally, no one could provide me with answers and a manager was never available until we refused to pay the remaining balance. Instead of working with their customers to resolve issues they would rather differ fault and strong arm you to get the remainder of your money. I have plenty of saved emails, pictures, and voicemails displaying this horrible excuse of a business. PLEASE AVOID THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! There are several other deficiencies throughout this experience I can expand upon if desired. I have attached photos of the vehicle upon pick up at the dealership. Instead of admitting fault, Magnum has claimed I am responsible for the pictured damages. I have proof of photo legitimacy as each photo is time stamped and I have a Toyota receipt showing pickup date/time. Please feel free to contact me directly for additional info/proof or a reference to a great collision repair shop who finished our work properly in 2 DAYS.

Bottom Line Up Front: Quick turnaround for a small job, excellent and fair cost, enjoyable customer service and fantastic quality of work. Why go anywhere else? I was looking for a trustworthy shop to properly align my aftermarket carbon fiber hood on my BMW which I installed after an accident. I brought it in unannounced and after a short review with service writer Jon and technician Chris, they quoted me an hour labor and offered a military discount upon request. Took pretty much an hour sitting in their accommodating waiting area during which the tech asked me permission to take some liberties in the fitment process. They showed me the work for my approval and it was better than we all expected for being an aftermarket hood. It now fits as well as factory with proper panel gap and improved functionality with the latches all while no longer interfering with the engine bay. It took longer than expected to have my car returned. They wanted to give it a quick wash so it wasnt full of hand prints anymore. I was wondering if they were backed up or if it had been forgotten. Nope! They accidentally did a full clean on my car to include the interior. Im telling you, there are vacuum stripes on my floor mats that look cleaner than the new field at Suntrust Park! I was over the moon all day with how quickly they took care of me, how the results were far better than my expectations, my car looked brand new and the customer service was excellent through and through. This experience will have me avoiding cheap body chains for the rest of my life.
