My second time at this location and I was NOT pleased... My first experience was red carpet treatment with Boomer and his team.. now there are new team members and my experience wasnt satisfying at all. I had very minor scratches on my rear bumper.. no dents at all.. JUST Scratches... I received an estimate and informed my service advisor(I will not list his name) that this will be a cash claim. Well once I dropped my car off I received a call stating I need a brand new bumper with this astronomical price.. NO WAY!!!! I had MINOR SCRATCHES on the bumper there is no way you would need to replace my bumper.. Now I am not sure if he just thought because I was a LADY that he could attempt to take advantage of me or NOT but that call put me on edge because even Stevie WOnder could see that my bumper did not need replacing.. the scratches were so minor no one really noticed but me. THat was the LAST CALL that I received.. Initially I was told my car would be ready within 2 to 3 days.. well it took 4 days and I did NOT receive ONE Call informing me of the delay or to just keep me updated as BOOMER did during last experience. I was a returning customer due to such a wonderful experience I had previously but now I will NOT Return or REFER anyone to THAT location!!! AND one more thing.. I asked for an estimate to buff out some MINOR scratches on my TRUCK.. NEVER RECEIVED that info either!!! I am beyond disappointed however, my car was repaired to my satisfaction.. they just need to work on the level of service.. especially for RETURNING CASH paying customers!!

Do not and I repeat do not take your car to these people. They are very un professional and they lie really bad. My car has been there for 3 weeks for a bumper and headlamp.The whole team including management do not return calls. It is the worst Ive ever had
