From the moment I walked in the door through the follow-up I felt I had come to the right place. Scott Bryant assisted us in looking for our new car. We werent really sure what we wanted other than a Camry. He took the time to show us a number of cars with different options and explained the features of each. We thought it might be difficult finding a car because up front we didnt want a red one (already have a red 2005 Camry) nor did we want a black or white one because they show dirt so well. He then showed us two colors a silver grey and a smoke grey. They had two, one with a moonroof and one without. We fell in love with the smoke grey, We told him that we didnt think we would use the moonroof so we focused on the other. He explained what features were on the particular vehicle and pointed out some of the features that differed from our 2005. We took a test drive which truly allowed us to see the vehicle in a variety of driving conditions. We went through the town of Dry Ridge, over some country roads and the interstate. Agreeing that we liked the car, he gave us the details of what it would cost. Having done my research before we came, we knew he was offering us a reasonable deal. We discussed some add-ons we were interested in with Scott & Randy the sales manager. They discounted the add-ons for us because we were doing it at the time of sale. Through out this process I never felt pressured, nor exposed to the typical sales gimmicks. I felt I was treated with respect and any questions I had were promptly answered. We next talked to Bonnie who is the finance person. I fell in love with the lady, she has a winning smile and a wonderful personality. She is also very good with her job. In a few minutes she had us approved for the 0% financing being offered by Toyota, had the contracts printed and explained everything in detail for us. I asked her how much I was saving with the 0% and she ran the numbers at two different interest rates for me. Then we talked to Mike, the service manager to set up a time for our add-ons while Scott was having our car washed. Mike was thorough and answered a couple of questions I had. Then Scott took us for a tour of our car. He went into detail and allowed us to get acquainted with the features we were not familiar with. He even worked with us in setting up our smart phones so they could be used with the hands free features of the blue tooth system. The next day we brought the car back to install the add ons and Randy & Mike arranged a free loaner for our use while our new car was in the shop. They even gave us a car very similar to the one we bought. We picked up our car the next day and the whole gang was there (Randy, Scott, Bonnie & Mike) to thank my wife and I and to let us know that any questions or issues we should contact them immediately. My wife and I agreed that although we had purchased a number of cars over the years, by far this was the best experience that we had ever had. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

We drove 2 hours to buy a 2007 Chevy Silverado. We spent all day corresponding with the sales person through phone conversations and text messages. Everything seemed to check out, until we were almost there and the sales person calls to let us know that the check engine light is on. At this point we are almost there so we go ahead and come the rest of the way. Through the whole buying process we were guaranteed the power train warranty so we werent too concern of any big malfunctions since the power train would cover all big expenses like the engine, transmission etc. We test drove the truck everything seemed great so We decided to purchase the truck due to the fact we were told the check engine light was the throttle body and it just needed to be replaced, a $500 fix and they knocked that off the purchase price. The negotiation took 5 hours. Every time we made an offer it would take 45 mins to let us know if that would work. And to make things worse we had a very cranky 1 month old that they didnt cater to at all. We finally had an agreed upon price and they let us know that since the truck has over 90k miles they are voiding the power train warranty...However, we were assured that we would not be left "high and dry" if something big did happen. So, after a horrific buying process we drive it off the lot and noticed that the gears are slipping. We took it to our mechanic the next day and come to find out the transmission needs to be rebuilt. The mechanic confirmed that the dealer had to know because the clutch dust had been recently cleaned out. Therefore, not only are we out the cost to fix the transmission that doesnt even cover the check engine light, which the mechanic confirmed was not the problem. So, they just lied to us over and over again. We contacted them the next day about being left "high and dry" and they said sorry about our luck...Needless to say we will not be back and we hope you dont go either! Terrible business people they are the reason used car dealers have such a bad rep!

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2016 Toyota Rav 4 / Hybrid Limited AWD SUV from Dry Ridge Toyota, Dry Ridge, Kentucky. The completely enjoyable buying experience they totally immersed us in, absolutely renewed our faith in the car shopping experience. We found everyone we can in contact with to be honest, trustworthy, reliable, non-pressure and straightforward in their interaction with us. They made the experience effortless and made my wife and I feel like we were the “most important customers in the world”. This was quite a refreshing attitude they displayed compared to the four other car dealerships we shopped prior to ending our search at Dry Ridge Toyota. All the other car dealerships were only interested in rushing us through the “price negotiation” process; grabbing our $500 down payment and shoving us out the door. No respect! No courtesy! No caring! No genuine relationship building! No time for us! Mr. Scott Reid was our Dry Ridge Toyota Sales Consultant and he did an exemplary job in making us feel most welcome and special. He took the time necessary to help us locate just the right vehicle for our needs. There was no hurry, fast talk, rudeness or shady dealing with Scott. A perfect Gentleman that was extremely knowledge about the entire Toyota line of cars, trucks and SUV’s. We would highly recommend Scott to any of our family, friends, neighbors, church members or co-workers. Scott is a man of true character and integrity. We would definitely and strongly recommend Dry Ridge Toyota to anyone seeking a pleasurable, memorable and highly affordable car buying experience. They do it right! Buying a car from them - ok. Actually, will anyone not treat you ok when buying a car? Everything else - beware!!! In 6 words: DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY (and read the small print - even if you have to ask for additional pages). In detail: We purchased brand new Toyota 4Runner from them and were up-sold the best available insurance - Platinum Package. It was supposed to cover just about any minor exterior maintenance: scratches, dents, baby vomit (well, maybe not the latter)...First time we took it in for a scratch repair (after 3 years), we were told oops, we dont like this scratch. We wont pay for it; your problem. We also got a Lifetime Service Certificate Registration" at the time of purchase. Well, guess what? Oh, you guessed? Right! That doesnt apply either! They did change oil for free a few times, then decided that there was something on the registration that allowed them to stop this frivolity. "You should have read the small print", I was told. Guess what again? I did! Nothing in the small print indicated anything about their liberty to cancel it on a whim. So here we are - a couple of thousand $ out of pocket for services never-to-be-rendered. Thank you, Dry Ridge Toyota (dripping with sarcasm)!
