My husband (Flashbacks owner) is a workaholic and he spends about 85 hrs/week working. What Mr. Almond is saying is so unfair and untrue. Why didnt he come pay off his $1400 balance on the restoration job but called the police to "steal" his vehicle", hmmm? A restoration job takes months, not 10 days and anyone with a classic car should know that! Mr. Almond kept adding more and more things to be done on his car and in the end didnt even pay and made us look as if we are the bad guys. As far as Mr. Bryants comment, all we can say is that he has never been a customer at Flashback Automotive, so he is most likely a buddy to someone else. Without being a customer and not having a direct view on our work, please, do not post untrue comments not only here but anywhere else. Thousands of customers of our body shop have left it satisfied and happy with the results and keep coming back over and over again, or Flashback Automotive would have been closed by now. No negative online comment will ruin our reputation because Flashback Automotive has been in business since 1984 and is known with quality work, promptness and excellent customer service.

So glad I got my car out of this shop. Yes, Im out a bit of money, and 10 months of him having my vehicle for paint and body work. This was NOT an off the frame restoration! But life is too short to be abused by someone you are paying a lot of money to provide a service. Thank you to Powder Springs Police Department for making sure I did not have to be verbally abused or possibly worse, by this poor excuse for a business owner any further. If you are looking to have body work done to your vehicle, drive right past this shop! Update...After getting it finished by a reputable body shop...boy the crappy job this person did. Painted over rust, flaws in the paint and pin striping, put chrome over holes in the metal causing leaks and the list goes on. I sure wish I had made a different decision 12 months ago when I believed the line of bull this guy fed me.

Does not deliver in a timely manner as agreed upon. Does not stand behind his word. His work is SHODDY, because I questioned his time frame. What was supposed to have taken about a ten days turnaround took 6 months and two police call outs later. He is aggressive and abusive towards customers and employees. Does not stand behind his work. Paint job was thin and had gouged areas. Screws and retainer clips not properly replaced or used at all. If you insist on using him, file for an open records request through Powder Springs PD and see the number of police calls to his shop.

This is a terrible place to work I worked there for a couple of months bought five cars from him and one of the cars turned out not to be his but a customers I was out $1,000 and have to give the car back to the customer there were a few weeks where he could not afford to pay his employees constant drama worked Mini late nights with no compensation or even a thank you and I feel sorry for his angel of a wife
