I had abra repair my Nissan. They did a good job keeping me updated but I assume that was some sort of automatic system however when I received a text that my car was completed I took off work early to go pick it up. When I showed up and said I received a text it was ready they said it would be another day. So the next day I called and they said it was ready to go so I left work early again. So you can imagine how happy I was when I get my car and the paint didnt match. They said they did not see "that big of a difference" my car is a newer Nissan and the paint was well taken care of. After talking to what I assume was the manager I could tell they were not ging to fix it. I am not happy and would not refer a person to go there.

Had my car repaired here after damages resultant from a fight with a deer. Very knowledgeable staff and always happy to provide updates as often as desired. Quick to order parts and repairs were great. Even had some minor issues resultant of the accident shortly after the first repairs, and they were quick and great to work with finishing up these as well. Great place to get work done!
