From miscommunication, to incorrect inormation, to dealing with their counterparts at Enterprise, this is one business I could have passed on. Their staff is very warm and fuzzy, which is why I gave them 2 stars. However, when youre in an accident, you want things to run smoothly. You dont want to have to wait 8 hours after you drop off your vehicle to recieve your rental, which they arranged. You dont want to be told during drop off you wont have to pay a deductible and on pick up your car is held hostage until you come up with hundreds of dollars. Do yourself a favor. Get everything in writing and speak with your insurance company directly so you are 100% clear on the process. Or go to Abra down the street.

Should have passed on this place. Seemed like a good place at first. Please make sure they tell you everything they are going to fix up front, to make sure your car is going to get fix. Plenty of other place to choose from in Douglasville. Do yourself a favor and use one of them.
