My car slid sideways to dangle precariously on the side of the straight down cliff on a rainy, Friday night. Donny of Matthews Garage arrived quickly and assessed the situation since this was not a simple pull-out-side-of-the-road tow. A wrong cable attachment could tip the car over the cliff and improperly placed equipment could damage the car. Donny expertly used his cables and other equipment to skillfully pull that car sideways back onto the road whereas I happily drove away. Excellent job.

They provide great qualities of which many expect out of a repair service: * Great communication * Honesty -- You dont pay for what you dont need to pay for. * Diligence -- Investing the correct amount of time into diagnosing and repairing an issue. I was impressed at how devoted they were to getting the job done right, instead of just getting it done .
