Please refrain from sending your car to this place. They market themselves by acting like a woman-owned business that you can trust, but please do not buy into this gimmick. They will talk to you on the phone and act like they are understanding, and they will make you think they know what is best. They will also try to make you believe there are things wrong with your car that need immediate fixing even if that is not the case. My car was inspected by several places including a certified dealer collision center, and the amount of damage as well as cost quoted by M&G Auto Body was significantly more than anyone else quoted. The car has been fixed since then, and I did not pay nearly as much as they were asking of me. Please please look into business somewhere else. I seriously felt very sketched out the entire time I was doing business with them.

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with M&G Body Shop several times over the past several years. My most recent experience with them reminded me why I keep coming back. Everyone in the Cincinnati area knows the wicked winter that we had in 2013/2014. I (like probably almost every other driver in the area) had the privilege of running into a snow bank. While I didnt do any "damage" I did manage to pop my front fender off. I took it in and they had me back out the door in minutes (not days or weeks). They were able to bolt the fender back on. I cant thank them enough for not trying to up sell me on a new fender and a weeks worth of work. Thanks for treating me like a person and not a paycheck! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

this place is a joke they will tell you they can work on your car and then about 3 weeks later lie and say oh we cant help you. last month i brought my 71 mustang in from a rear end accident and they took my info and pics and said they will write up and estimate and submit it to the insurance company then lie and say they did and no answer from them when u call the insurance company up they call them and they say oh we didnt send u and estimate we arent working on there car. thats what happened to me so my advice is stay away very bad body shop. if u want someone to treat u right go to blue ash auto body they do what they say with no hassle or run around.

M & G rocks! Were new to town and didnt know where to turn when a tree fell on both of our cars. Joe, M & Gs service manager, was honest, incredibly helpful, super intelligent and knowledgeable, and really put our minds at ease in a difficult time. Our vehicles both ended up being totaled by insurance, so M & G did not repair our vehicles. However, based on how wonderfully we were treated by Joe and Linda (even after it was evident that they wouldnt be fixing our cars), if we ever find ourselves needing body work, we will DEFINITELY be heading back to M & G.

With 3 sons under 25, my 2003 Honda Accord is a perfect vehicle. One of them did a substantial amount of damage by driving into another vehicle a few blocks from home late one night. We took it to M&G and they looked it over and said it was repairable. M&G worked well with our insurance company. When they finished their work, that car looked almost brand new. Two years later, the car is still in great shape and we plan to keep it at least a few more years. Great people to work with and they do great work!! Thanks

Its nice to know I have a place to bring my car that is going to be honest with me! I got a quote from another company stating they could not do a PDR paintless dent repair and quoted over $700 to fix my door. M & G was able to do the PDR for a fraction of the cost. They also washed and vacuumed the car before a picked it up. Thank you!
