They are very disorganized and not friendly. I was waiting (and waiting) to talk to the manager/boss and I could smell stale booze on the mechanic. Not that he was drinking right then but had tied one on the night before and did not shower before work. I had a fuel pump replaced and it took three attempts before they got it right. The mechanic I used for 15 years died or else I wouldnt have come here. Never will again. I almost forgot that when I was asking why it would be 2 more days to fix it after they got the part, I was told the owner had him working on a car the owner bought and wanted to sell. I complained that this was the 2nd time I had brought my car in and didnt think the owner should come first. He shrugged and said sorry and that was it.

These son of bitchs are crooks..I brought my car there for a dianogstic test it took them a week to look a it then to turn around and say there is nothing we can do.when just 4 day prior I took it for a emission test.)so on week off calling this place I got no answer to see about gettin my car.when I finally got a hold of him ,tha guy Joe tells me that the key broke and he heard a pop and now my car wont start.then turns around to try to charge a storage fee!these crooks are unprofessional.would never advise anyone to go there at all.joe Ill b seeing you in court real soon!

Bought a car from them and was told that there was nothing wrong. On the way home, going out that the transmission was going out. It only acted up when it was warm. They gave us a deal on tires (that we paid for before we found out how crooked this place was) and was told to get there at about 11 to get them on. Its 5 now and we are still waiting on then to finish the tires. I will never come back nor recommend anyone ever go here. Trust me, go somewhere else!!!

I had my 28 year old VW painted there this week. It looks better than when it rolled off the showroom floor! They finished it on time and included a few little extras that they didnt even charge for just because they wanted the car to be perfect. Ive completed MANY car restorations over they years and have never had anyone do as good as Joe and his crew does. HIGHLY recommended.

Reasonable prices and great quality work. I have used Sudden Impact several times and never had a problem with the work that they did. I would highly recommend to anyone. I have also sent two of my family members to Joe and they were satisfied with the services that they received.

Bought a car from here drove it off the lot and the engine light came on it wouldnt pass emisions took it back said they fixed it fuel railed popped off and sprayed gas all over the engine because it was held on with zip ties Do not go here

Will take forever to finish working on your car. Customer service is horrible. The girl that works at the desk doesnt take her job serious and gives out wrong info about what they can do and how soon it will be done.

Dont do business with Joe. Im in the process of suing Sudden Impact. They have had my car for 3 years now and nothing has been done to it. Dont give him any money he is a rip off.
