I chose Performance because they struck me as a high priced shop and since insurance was paying the bill and since I know nothing about body repair, I wanted a shop that would fix everything correctly whether I could tell or not. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my car there were parts missing, screws missing, and sections of fender (inside the engine compartment) that still showed primer because they were not painted. There is no way a tech could have overlooked these. What was disappointing was that the car was presented to me as complete. Which indicates a complete lack of respect for the customer and lax quality control. Sure, they fixed the problems I noticed but it meant another week without the car and several trips back and forth to inspect the car. Then one has to wonder what else went unnoticed. I will say the staff was otherwise curtius and the shop is spotless.

When my automobile got wrecked Performance was there every step of the way with me through all the insurance paperwork and decision making to keep the automobile or to salvage. The personnel in the front office are kind and courteous making sure that everything was being taken care of properly even down to making sure that the vehicle was stored properly in their locked fenced in area. The owner even spoke with me on several occasions to assist me with making my decision to keep the auto or salvage stating the pro and cons of both. He stayed late one evening so that I could get my personal belongings out of the vehicle do to my work schedule. I would recommend Performance and am going back to them for work on my BMW. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else but Performance.

I was in an accident and needed an estimate. I took my car to Performance and they were so nice and helpful, they answered any question I had. This was my first accident and first time dealing with someone elses insurance, so I had a lot of questions. After the estimate, I took my car back to Performance and they ended up finding internal damage that would be an additional cost to what the original estimate was. They took care of everything with the insurance company and my car was ready before they said it would be. They even washed my car for me! It looks awesome! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for body work.

Earlier this year someone hit the rear of my 2014 Kia Sedona van. I went for a couple of estimates but knew that I wanted Performance to take care of the work as I had dealt with them previously and knew that they took great pride in their work. After two visits and talking with James Eddins, he said that he could take care of it for me. They did a super job and it looks brand new. I am very well pleased. James is very kind and very sincere about doing the kind of work that makes you come back for repeat business. I would recommend Performance to anyone that needs any type of work done to their vehicle.

They efficiently dealt with the other partys insurance and did a great job repairing the car. Recently, I became tired of looking at the Rock Chips on the hood of my Mercedes. Black paint is extremely challenging to match. Performance Body did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job. I think its better than the factory paint, to be honest. Their Staff is amazing! Super friendly, bend over backwards to accommodate your needs for scheduling, and, VERY competitively priced. Performance does awesome work!! Took my black 16 Kia Sorento to them with a decent sized scratch on the hood. Super fast turn around time and great communication.Its black and I was worried about it not blending or just looking of in the repaired area. Cant even tell its been touched, looks brand new still.
