NOT SPECIAL NEEDS FRIENDLY!!!!!! My son lasted a whole 2 1/2 weeks here before being asked to leave. The school is understaffed and the turn over rate is high. I wish I could have saved my money and not enrolled my son here. They called me about just about anything to get me to come pick my son up early, mind you I had just stared my new job. I feel like their staff was not properly trained on how to handle children that are on the spectrum. They will sell you a dream just to get your child enrolled so they can make their $$$$$ BE WARNED, NOT AUTISM FRIENDLY. As a parent with a child on the spectrum you want to be reassured that your child is in good hands, and I made sure to communicate with them early on that he was autistic (highly functioning, Aspergers Syndrome), I even asked if they had worked with children on the spectrum before and they said yes. Based on that I made my decision to enroll him there and regret it more than ever. I should have just paid a little more to just put him at Primrose, but being a single parent I am strapped for cash. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. The teachers were pleasant, but the management is pretty rude, even hanging up on me the last day my son was there... which by the way I had to pick him up early that day too. Now dont get me wrong, I am by no means claiming my son to be perfect all the time, but when dealing with children on the spectrum you have to approach things a little differently and I feel like they did little for my son to accommodate ANY of his needs... if anything I felt like I was accommodating THE DAYCARES needs by leaving work almost everyday early to get him. This is just my experience with this daycare as a parent of a child with special needs & I feel like its my duty to warn others like me to stay away from this place if you can.

I love this daycare. Both my infant and toddler are here and I have to say I absolutely love it! My toddler actually wakes up in the mornings asking me "mommy when are we going to daycare?" This is the 3rd daycare I have put my toddler in simply because I was unhappy with the others. Not only do they save me money on formula and daipers for my infant by providing them but they also do so many fun things for the kids. They also have parent night which is great for parents who do not have nannies.

Not a good place to take your children!!! Very high turnover rate when it comes to the teachers. Owner really shouldnt be running this type of business. Her management staff are not professionals and should not be in charge of a building full of children. The building is nasty and all the children toys are broken. The school is infested with roaches and mold which makes it unsafe for children. If you are looking for a place to take your children this would not be a good place to go.

Absolutely do not take your child to this facility. By the owners own admission, it has been investigated by the state for child abuse and/or neglect. There has been a steady decline over the course of the last few years in the amount of supervision your child receives at this day care. Good teachers tend to leave very quickly as a result of the poor management at this location.

They kept on letting me know through emails anything that went on with my 3 babies. They helped save money for formula and baby food for my twins. They helped with my 1 1/2 year old crying when I left. They were awesome all the way around.

What an outstanding child care center in Canton. Ruth Ann has been such a great pleasure to work with. A preschool full of great smiles. Highly recommend you check it out for your child!
