HORRIBLE customer service! I stood in line for a drop off Wednesday morning. They were busy and someone behind the counter asked if I was dropping off. I said I was and had a preprinted label from T-Mobile. She said just place it on the counter and they would take care of it, that I didnt need to wait in line. Friday I tried to track the package on-line but UPS says the package is not in their system. I called the Prominence Point office where I dropped it off. They said they have no record of me dropping anything off and since I do not have a receipt proving I dropped it off they cant help me. She said I have to call UPS and she gave me a toll free number to call since this store is an agent and not actually UPS. She said I need to take it up with UPS. I called the number and UPS has NO record of the package. I now owe T-Mobile over $600 because this store lost my package and I have no receipt since I didnt wait in line. They just washed their hands of the problem and said it was my responsibility to get a receipt or now take it up with UPS.

Excellent service. When the price was a little more than I expected, he offered options to help fit into my budget. Added a few extras in the process. Goodbye USPS, I will only ship from here even if its a little more. Better hours, better service. Thank you!

Walked in and employee was helping another customer. Did not look up to say hi and key us know she would help out after. Stood inside for yen minutes and was never addressed. Only said something once we had walked out.
