Fancy Face

Unless you are white or seem to be of "high standards" dont expect the employees to bother with you. Been there twice and got the same unwelcomed, not important, dont ask for help some of us are busy with other customers (very legit reason, no doubt) and the rest are standing around chit chatting or pretending to be "occupied" cleaning the keyboards. One bitten twice shy..the only way Im going back there is if all other FedEx and UPS stores are no longer inbusiness and even then..

I came in ten minutes before closing to print some resumes for a career fair last minute, and the service rep didnt rush me out. Instead, he tried to help me with my job, and then he was very friendly and kind when I was finished, wishing me luck on my job search and recommending heavier paper to help my resume stand out from others. This guy was really nice. Ill always come back to the store if they hire people like him to work there.

I needed a brochure printed quick and on a Sunday. The man who helped me (Dennis) was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the whole process. He showed me how their cutting board works and helped me with cutting too. The print quality was ok, but thats what I had expected going into a Fedex printing shop. No other local print shops areeven open on Sundays.

I go here almost every day for shipping needs. I go to this one over all others in the area purely because of service. Juan, Dennis, and CJ consistently deliver great customer service. The one in Marietta may be really quick but the people just arent as friendly, plus this is closer to home for me. Also, way better than the one on Barrett.

If you just want to mail some documents with a return slip, dont come here. After 30 minutes on my lunch break, they couldnt get their system to work and told me to call a hotline to solve their issue. The UPS off hwy 92 took care of me in 15 minutes. Dont waste your time here.

Horrible experience here on 1/16/15.... Go to the one in Marietta. Grouchy short woman that was rude to every customer and delivery person in there.
