Good customer service. The two female representatives that have served me have always been helpful. However, today I was disturbed when a man named Scott took my box, clearly labeled "fragile" on every side including the top, that contained a $400 Russian Tea Set (which I fully insured) threw it on a cart behind the desk, then picked it up again, turned it on its side on the counter and leaned his elbow on it like an arm rest, as he helped another customer - all while I was completing my transaction with another representative. I shipped my package using FedEx because I thought they might handle my package with care, but with people like Scott in the building, I will be lucky if my package arrives unharmed.

This center had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home. It was shipped on November 19th. I waited at home all day multiple times on dates the package was scheduled to be delivered and Fedex never came to my home. I checked the tracking number online and the message was delivery exception. The driver claimed to have tried to deliver the package but he never showed up at our house because we were there. We called Fedex repeatedly to try to straighten this out but nothing was ever done. They keep telling me its on a truck so I cant even go pick my package up. Its December 1st and I still dont have my package. Terrible service.

One time I scheduled a pickup here. I drove 30 minutes to pick up my package. After providing my tracking number and ID, the lady at the front desk said my package wasnt there (I had just called in and the representative told me it was there.) From there the conversation went sort of like this: "Well, the representative just told me it was here, can you go check?" "No, its not here." "Can you at least go look?" "No, theres no point, its not here." After about 10 minutes of arguing with me, she finally agreed to go look. About 5 minutes later, out she slithers, package in hand...

Package was left on doorstep while we were at work and was stolen. I contacted the store we bought from for a replacement and requested signature confirmation. FedEx delivered to the door again! Anyone who orders with them as the shipper better be prepared to NEVER LEAVE their home until they get their package--and thats if FedEx gets your address right to begin with. Unbelievable!!!

FedEx Driver always knocks on the neighbors door when the package was suppose to be for me. Upon the neighbor not answering, they marked it as customer not present and I end up having to have to go to the fedex location to pick it up.
