Absolutely worthless. They refuse to deliver packages to our office door. First they said it was because they cant back up to turn around (policy), so we now leave one spot open on our parking pad and gave them permission to pull through the grass. The manager came by our office and approved this turnaround. Still, no packages get delivered. The driver leaves a note in the mailbox and we have to drive out and pick up the package later in the afternoon. We have complained numerous times, the driver keeps insisting we are not leaving enough space. The last week we have been leaving TWO spots open, still they wont deliver. I have photos and video proving that I can easily turn my FORD EXPLORER around with plenty of room and no backing up. Doesnt matter. These people refuse to do their job. I was told today that we should leave the ENTIRE PARKING PAD open. So, where the hell should my employees park? What a useless bunch of lazy people. DO YOUR JOB!

REFUSE TO DELIVER PACKAGES TO YOUR DOOR. WONT DO THEIR JOB! HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE TO GET ANYTHING THEY CANT SHOVE IN OUR MAILBOX. ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER CARRIER! USELESS!! AND SORRY!!!! I WISH I COULD FIRE THEM.
