I seldomly do reviews on establishments. I dont even know the name of the guy who helped me but he wasnt very friendly at all. I actually didnt execute what it was I intended to do in this store which was to return an item I had bought on amazon. Im visiting out of town internationally, staying with my grandma and so I dont use my data AT ALL!! I didnt print off the address to return the package as they had an option that UPS can print it off for you. Long story as to why I didnt use my grandma to print the return address off. Anyway, I thought the barcode would still be open in my mail (as I had prepped it before heading to the ups store) but I had to click back in it. I asked if it was possible to use their wifi, well because I didnt want to turn on my data and incur roaming fees, and my fault for assuming their establishment had free wifi because other places have free wifi stickers blasted all on their entrances. I just wanted to pull up the barcode so he could scan it and print off the return address. Needless to say, he didnt want me to use the wifi because he says how does he know that if he lets me use his wifi, scans my code, and lets me walk out of his store, that hes going to get paid... dude... what are you even asking me? Like what kind of customers you be serving? Then he suggested I used the computer to which he then had something else to say about that. I left. Told my fiance I wasnt comfortable and bounced. The vibe was off and I felt it when I walked in the store. Maybe he was feeling some way because it was 15-20mins to closing time and I came trying to do this transaction at the last minute. I dont know. Ill let my grandma take care of it since she lives here. She has the patience to deal with bad customer service.

I was going to leave this be but after I wasnt even refunded for the shipping that I paid for a package that was never delivered I couldnt help it. UPS is RIDICULOUS. I mailed a watch to be fixed. I actually chose UPS to avoid issues similar to this one that I hear more often happen through the post office. I Used the envelope given to me by the watch brands store. Long story short my watch didnt make it. The envelope was delivered to the repair center with a hole in the top of the envelope. It went from being lost to damaged (because it was apparently found somewhere in the warehouse) but has since been re-found again and noone knows where it is (THIEVES). I paid for $200 insurance (even though the watch was $300...I wouldve been better receiving my watch back and just reshipping it!!) and after the owners filed the claim for me (this took about 1 mo of me calling and checking) it was denied by UPS claims company claiming that my packaging (supplied by the watch repair center/brand store and approved by postal services) was denied. It took me to email all of these parties in 1(this ups store, the watch repair center, and I included info for the store I was given the envelope from as well as my claim denial letter) before UPS mysteriously REVERSED my so called DENIED CLAIM and gave me a check for $204. (I was supposed to be refunded the $200 for insurance and if I recall correctly I paid about $14 for the watch to be shipped (why would you not refund me for shipping and it never made it to its destination?)) In the end....Ill definitely be giving FedEx a shot next time. This experience was a complete turn off...not just with this store (the owners were at least trying to help) but with UPS as a company.

Erica Angeline Your review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn more I shipped a dress to a client in Texas and was given a estimated delivery date that actually changed without prior notification, because the delivery date was pushed back two extra days. My client was traveling for a wedding and would not have received the package due to the delay. I was very quick to place blame on this location. However after investigating and staying on the phone repeatedly with UPS corporate customer service agents, I discovered it was actually a mistake at the corporate shipping hub level and not the UPS store I shipped from. After being told by UPS corporate customer service agents that there was nothing they could do, I turned to the UPS store owner Larry for help. I would not have gotten the dress forwarded to my client if it were not for Larry actually calling the hub manager and requesting next day service. There is something to be said about business owners who still WANT to give good customer service. The store owner efforts are to be commended and we as consumers have to understand that a local merchant is different than a large corporate giant. UPS corporate is the absolute worst and notorious for not caring about its customers. Their saving grace is independent store owners like Larry who is at the "front line" and can give the customer a great experience. THAN YOU AGAIN!!

I ship often and often from differing stores. The boxes and weights are very close in size and one day i shipped a box to CA and was charged $54.00 from the actual UPS facility. The following day i shipped the same size and weight box to the same place and used the same services. At this store it was $80.00 They measured the box and said it was well within limits (14x14x14) but for some reason their overnight fees were much much higher than just going to the actual ups facility. NEVER AGAIN! I can understand a little variance but this was way too much for the Copelands to scam from my wallet. Yes, this is a franchisee making $$ off of your back and mine. Federal Express is almost next door and that is where I go now. They are consistent and easy to get along with. I have never had to question their ethics or their charges!

I was sending a box and I didnt have tape to seal it. I visited this location to seal the box using their tape and mail it out by UPS. (I did this at different locations with no problems at all). I asked for some tape to close a shoe box size and a older, black, wearing glasses and a very rude guy told me that I had to purchase the tape because they dont provide "free tape". Being surprised and angry I had to purchase a $2.99 tape. I couldnt open it while being in line and this guy got frustrated and being impatient he decided to seal my box using his tape. I told him that he should it do it since the beginning and not letting me purchase a tape that I didnt even used. I will not come back. Very rude guy.

I always have an AMAZING experience at this location. Their customer service is unmatched. Ive been going to this USPS for years. Theyve helped me send off college information, congratulation presents, and my almost disastrous passport but they saved the day! I am sure everyone is amazing but Antonio is always there when I am and he does an absolute great job. He goes above and beyond with ease to make the transaction a very pleasant experience. Thank you all so much for your fantastic service. I will continue to do business with you all.
