I walked in to ship my package at 8:55pm. Three are 3 customer rep two assisting customers, the other on the phone with your support desk. The place is getting full, one of the customer service representatives announced they are have technical issues with the computers due to the Black out. This is fine, my issues is after standing and wait to be assisted just was told the cut off would be 10:15. There were people that had medical supplies and I was told that they had to take them. I was very upset, but been the person I am in said okay and thank you. The package I have packed is for my family who has been in the hospital for weeks. You tell me if there is a coding to assist the customer that are there prior to you cut off because of technical issues. FEDEX THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am very disappointed.

I thought of using this ship center since this is close to my work. The entire place looked completely unorganized with boxes lying around everywhere. I was not greeted by the agent who was handling the shipping. She had a really unwelcome expression. She took close to 15 mins to take just 1 small local fedex ground shipment. She typed details on her keyboard really slow with pauses between each letter. I am not going to this center again. I have had really good experience with other Fedex locations in town.

Ive tried to find this location twice and I see nothing but loading docks. There is no clear signage to distinguish where the ship center is for customers to enter. If this is not a ship center that is accessible to the public, please remove it from the searchable list of FedEx locations, this is very confusing.

Ive shipped from this location for many years. The staff whom Ive become acquainted with are super. Always welcoming, have accurate info and happy to help you with forms. They are open in the afternoon and stay open late. Check the hours, because they do not operate the 9-5 hour shift like the other stores.

I love this location because it is so close to my job! And the staff is so nice and helpful....I think this is one of the most easiest and acessible fed ex locations I know of esp since you dont have to deal with traffic on Toffie Terrace!

Jamie Bs an idiot! Yes it can be a little hard to find the first time, but its great to get those late night packages gone. And the folks who work there are super nice.
